   I recently dined in Elements Bar & Grill Pyrmont and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy feel that made for a perfect dining atmosphere. The service was another highlight; the staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring we had a great time throughout the evening.

   “started off well, ended badly”. Not recommended to celebrate any special accessions here. There’ve ruin our St’Valentines day and my proposal!!! Only first entries and first glasses of drink were served on time… after that… any orders took 30-40min even though a glass of wine. We’ve been waiting 1 hour for our main course rear meat… and another 30min side dishes after main course. And asked to cook the meat properly. So second glasses of wine I got with my side dishes.. lol. Worst ever Tiramisu in my life! Biscotti were not even touching coffee or liquor! Absolutely dry biscuits with cream… And all that for 600$!! Spoiled dinner, spoiled food, No responsibility!

   Wonderful friendly service. Food was 10/10. Staff were also very accomodating given we were late by almost 30 minutes. Highly recommended and hands down the best steak house in Sydney.

   Food was ok, but all was way over priced... For an expensive steak house, it was a let down. The Loud speakers kinda let it down too. 1 main and 1 beer eas over $200. Walked away feeling disappointed. There's alot of choices around for good steakhouses..

   Not a Pleasant Experience for a $600 dinner for 2 adutls and 2 kids. Service was overbearing and forgetfull. Marble 7 Sirloin Steak Medium Rare came out chewy and difficult to cut. Had to be sent back and swapped for a different steak. Original order was Comped and a bill discount was applied but still was not pleasant to have to send back and experience that sort of attention. Spoilt the evening really. $178.00 Platter of Ribs abd Steak only contained - 1 Large Rib - 1 Medium Steak, some Brocolini and Corn. Management were very apologetic and offered further discounts which is nice - but if menu prices are in the top 5% of restaurants of this calibre - the service and food must match every time, otherwise it spoils peoples nights if they are not.

   Everything was perfect. The service and the food were delicious, although they took a while to bring the food, everything arrived on time.

   Location and ambience was beautiful. Average steak, needed to be seasoned. Service to take orders for drinks was very slow. Waitress herself was attentive. One of the waiters that delivered the carrots(a side) split some of the carrots on the table- he saw it and didn’t do anything about it, he just watched me pick the whole carrot up with my fingers. For the kind of upmarket restaurant it is, I would expect him to offer to bring a few extra carrots and clear the dirty ones away that had fallen onto the table. For the price I expect better.

    Every time we stay in Sydney we have dinner at Elements Bar and Grill at Pyrmont, it is amazing! The steaks are delicious, always cooked well, with a great selection of sauces, sides and a massive menu to suit anyone’s preferences. The salads are equally as tantalising and the biscoff cheesecake is to die for! Fantastic staff who are always attentive and friendly.
