   The food was absolutely amazing, especially the crab toast, which was perfectly executed and bursting with flavor. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who really enhanced the dining experience. The restaurant itself is stunning, with thoughtful details that made the evening feel special. I loved the motivational speeches playing in the bathroom, a unique and inspiring touch to the ambiance.

   The food was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite. However, the final dish was a bit too salty for our taste. The service was outstanding! Our server went above and beyond by describing every dish in detail, making the dining experience both informative and enjoyable.

   It was incredible!! We ordered the Crab toast, Mushroom Risotto and Lamb Skewers. Each item was literally 10/10. The mushroom risotto was our favorite. The service was incredible from the moment we got in. Highly recommend going here!!

   Truly one of the best dining experiences In vancouver. The "let us cook for you" tasting menu for $98 is a fantastic value as we received at least 9 dishes for three of us and were fully satisfied. The lamb skewers, crab toast and popcorn dessert are unforgettable.

   We were all super excited to give ELEM a try and we had a great time! Service was amazing, and they gave a cute little tour of the place as we got to our table - love the focus on sustainability re: the decorative elements within the restaurant. It's pretty fancy in a modern-traditional way; I'll admit to a few "The Menu" movie jokes as we entered and got seated. Starting with some cocktails we got a few recommendations and thoroughly enjoyed them all. Stand outs were Prawn Fried Rice and the Salsa Verde (especially if you're on the trendy spicy marg train). As a party of 4 it was hard to narrow down food selections so we took a few recommendations. We had the Bread & Butter (always have to try house bread) and considered it an A+ in our books (we talked about how the bread quality always gives us a signal as to how the rest of the night will go), and to start we did a trio of raw dishes - the Venison Tartare, Kanpachi Crudo, and the Yellowfin Tuna. Tartare and Crudo were both praised in particular. From there we enjoyed the Cabbage, the Lamb Skewers, the Prawn Fried Rice (dish this time, not the drink! Though they DO pair well together), and the Whole Grilled Fish. The first three were excellent - as someone who always needs a salad or veggie dish as part of the meal I thought the cabbage was SO GOOD. Lamb Skewers were a party fave, and we all liked the rice as well - it's hard to really get us jazzed about "fancy" fried rice, but it definitely tasted great. The grilled fish was the only disappointment - it wasn't bad by any means, but I'll say the adobo side was definitely better than the chutney side. Overall it just didn't hit the same mark as the other dishes. In the end it was a solid experience and I'll mentioned again that the service was something special. Everyone who we interacted with was phenomenal and there were a few small surprises/extra touches that added to the experience here and there, but I won't spoil anything here :) Thank you ELEM!

   This was my favourite dining experience in Vancouver. Everything from the food, to the ambiance and the service was excellent. The amount of care and attention to detail that was put into everything did not go unnoticed. I’ve already booked to go back in a few weeks to share the experience with more friends.

   We loved our first experience at ELEM for my birthday. Everything was spectacular, from the service, to food and drinks. I would highly recommend ELEM to all those who are interested in trying unique dishes with fusion flavours and carefully crafted cocktails down to the scientific level. I must highlight the service and the attention each server, bartender, and busser paid to us throughout the night. It truly made it unforgettable and we cannot wait to come back.

    Restaurant had a very nice concept! The menu was curated with extreme detail and precision! Dishes were flavorful!
