   We arrived with some German friends and were immediately shown to a table, on hearing our German friends speak the waiter greeted them in German which was greatly appreciated, The service was prompt without being rushed the waiters were helpful explaining the dishes to our German friends, The choice and quality of food was excellent and we had a great dinning experience.

   2nd time we’ve eaten here. The food is superb. Freshly cooked to order. We had the tapas menu. 4 of us initially ordered 3 tapas each and then had a further 2 each. The service was spot on. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Interactive and very professional. We met my brother and his wife. We travelled some 1 hour and a half to meet up here ( Lincs for us and my brother Yorkshire) and it is well worth t travelling this distance. We will definitely eat up here again the next time we meet up. Thank you to all at El Toro.

   Lovely food, we ordered a ‘set menu, because we wanted to try different things. Set menus say minimum 6 people, there were only 3 of us but they said they could do this for us. Loads of food, we were stuffed and couldn’t eat it all. Service was excellent, staff were very attentive. Would definitely return.

   Excellent quality and tasty food. Remember to ask for starters to come before your mains or else it all comes at the same time. We would definitely recommend, we have been as just 2 and in a large group, both equally as good.

   Terrible service. We have eaten here several times over the years and always had an amazing experience. Returned this time with friends and the service was the worst I’ve ever had. Our drinks took a long time to come and all 3 were incorrect. We had to request to keep ordering food, despite doing the buffet menu which is all-you-can-eat and you keep ordering dishes. Each order took 30+ minutes to arrive, by which point we weren’t hungry for the second or third round so we didn’t get our money’s worth. Food was good as always but we definitely won’t be returning again due to the poor service. We politely told our waitress when asked if everything had been okay that the service had been very slow and were just told ‘sorry’.

   Lovely customers, nice decor, clean environment. Very pleasant, polite happy, well trained & efficient staff. First time here. Definitely value for money. The food on the menu is probably 60% deep fired options. However the grilled meats & fish were well seasoned & tasty.. Personally I wouldn't go again having done it once. Pint of lager approx £6 :15. Paella was not slow cooked risotto rice , caramelised over a heat source. It tasted like packet Mediterranean rice boiled up with dry chicken & old chorizo in it. No caramelisation & a quite dry texture to the whole thing . Bland taste. Calamari had seen more service & done more miles than I have, I think.

    Lovely food, however having Spanish parents , I'm not 100% that the chef was Spanish (I don't know ) there was just something missing in the authenticity of the food that's all, don't get me wrong , the food was tasty and we enjoyed everything that we ordered , just missing "Abuelas" touch . The place was nice and the staff were helpful and friendly .
