Muy ingeniosos y creativos los platos. Probé el ceviche de jaiba con pata, fideo de abulón, lengua a la veracruzana, tlayuda de huitlacoche y lubina. Todo muy rico y buen sazón. El servicio de Antonio y Oswaldo muy bien. Mi único ta fue con la hostess pues llegamos 2 minutos después del tiempo de tolerancia y nos dijo que solo nos podría pasar a una mesa si la desocupamos en 2 horas. Le dije que no. Mw fui y 1 minuto después hice nuevamente reservación por Open Table y regresé. Me parece que le falto a ella, ofrecer alternativas. Fuera de eso, todo bien.

Reservamos una mesa de 4 personas a las 2:15 en sábado. Llegamos puntuales mi esposa y yo y nuestros amigos (2) llegaban entre 2:30/3:00 Pedimos mientras de tomar algo en lo que los esperábamos y a las 2:45 (media hora después de haber llegado y CLARAMENTE sin haber pedido comida sino solo una botana porque estábamos esperando a nuestros amigos) se nos acerca el gerente o encargado a decirnos que nos tenían que mover de lugar porque la reserva era para 4 y no para 2 personas. No nos movieron pero la presión y la grosería se había hecho presente. A las 3:00 llegaron ya nuestros amigos y pedimos de comer. Que está pasando con el servicio en Mexico? Que acaso estamos en NY donde este tipo de costumbre tan anti amable y poco servicial es común? Es NY! No estoy de acuerdo pero al final del día es NY. Este lugar es una CANTINA y aun así hacen esto? No nos quedaron ganas de regresar.

Es un buen restaurante muy recomendable, las costillas y la carnitas son espectaculares, un poco de salsas más picantes no estaría mal

The place is a vibe! The host was friendly and welcoming. I sat at the bar, where I was greeted by three gentlemen working the bar . I asked one for their recommendation and I ordered 1 of each. The food and drinks were incredible. I will definitely come back and will recommend it to everyone I know.

This is a very hip spot. Great neighborhood. I am glad we arrived over an hour before our reservation, which gave us plenty of time to get a drink nearby, shop, and stroll. El Tigre Silencioso was really good. All of our food items were great. The cocktails were also good.

Like this place’s ambience, vibe and location? Get a drink and get out (don’t get an aperol, they’re abysmal). The best qualities of this restaurant have nothing to do with the business of preparing and serving food and drinks. Given that Blanco Colima, Umai and Campobaja are literally at the doorstep of this temple of trendiness, coming here to dine is an act of self-deprecation and masochism.
