   Quiet Sunday night, restaurant was slow. However, the service and the food were not. Our waiter was helpful and knowledgeable. The cocktails were great the food even better and the desert wash mind blowing. Highly highly recommend it, a total foodie restaurant.

   Wonderful dining experience. Our server Stephanie was amazing right on top of everything and providing great recommendations. Can’t rave about the oysters enough. I’ve eaten here four times and it just gets better all the time. All the food was arrived hot and the presentation was beautiful. Starters were plenty to share with our party of six. If you haven’t tried this restaurant do you will not be disappointed.

   Edison's is great! Very cool flavors and preparations. They keep the same base proteins and switch up the ingredients that are paired with them, according to the seasons. Its always unique but anything with a savory sorbet is quite fun texturally! The potato crusted oysters are a consistent favorite!

   Edison Food + Drink Lab has been a favorite of ours for YEARS and this visit was particularly special. We brought out three children (7,9 and 11) for birthday dinner for a nine-year old foodie. The kids were very adventurous in tasting all of the food we ordered and enjoyed it all from the potato crusted oysters, to the bone marrow, and burger. The kitchen timed our dishes perfectly and made the evening so special for our family. We are Edisons fans for life, and this visit is the perfect example why.

   I’m a foodie and always look for great restaurants when we travel. This turned out to be a great choice. I started with the tuna appetizer. It was fabulous. The accompaniments complemented the tuna perfectly. My wife had the mushroom soup. OMG it was tasty. My wife never orders pork in a restaurant, but the waiter’s description of it was so good she tried it and was glad she did. It was delicious. I had the steak. It was perfectly cooked and had a great tang to it. If you don’t like spicy foods I’d stay away, but I thought it was fabulous. I had the shortbread cookies for dessert. I would have preferred them with a little less jam and more ice cream, but that’s a minor complaint. My wife said the pomegranate sorbet was the best sorbet she ever had. Originally my wife gave me grief for picking a restaurant that was 40 minutes away from our hotel, but when we were done she acknowledged it was worth the drive. A few reviewers complained about the prices. Good food is expensive today. Don’t blame the restaurant for the Fed’s inflation.

   The food was amazing but NYC and Miami prices. The value really wasn’t there but a good restaurant to try. Prices are similar to Burns or Rocca which are much better.

   While the Edison has always been a favorite it had been a while since we had been in. There are so many new items on the menu and a refresh on the interior! Everything was beyond delicious and we couldn’t get enough. As always amazing service rounded out an excellent experience. We will be back soon!!
