Exceptional food and service. Jordan was terrific—professional, personable, and attentive but not intrusive. Jace is also an exceptional bartender and human being. Kudos to these great staff members and others who took great care of us.

Service Failure! We’ve been to this EV before and the food was just as good as in the past, but tonight the timeliness of service was horrendous. And not just at our table (we heard others complain). 15 minutes before water was poured (and we had to flag someone down); 30+ minutes before the drinks arrived…when the waitstaff is harried and scurrying around and still everything takes far too long it means you are understaffed. If you’re going to charge prices that suggest superior service, then spend the money to hire enough waitstaff (including bartenders). Don’t dine here if you have any expectations for exceptional table service.

This continues to be our favorite place in the Valley to go to for dinner. Amazing staff, food, ambience, music...What is not to LOVE ? Thanks you Eddie V's for being the Number 1 choice for us in the Desert.

Took 1/2 hour to get a drink. So over crowded! Had a reservation but service was extremely slow.
