My family and I attended dinner on Christmas Eve and, wow…it was a terrible experience. From the very start we waited nearly 30 minutes to get our drinks and to order food. Our server seemed to disappear for large spans of time. Then we noticed no one around us had food…then the fire alarm went off. At this point we were 90 minutes into our reservation and one member of the parties food came out and they were told “go ahead and eat, it will be a while on the rest”. When the remainder of the food came out it was either lukewarm, overcooked or undercooked. We actually ended up sending back the elk steak three times then finally giving up. It never was cooked but at one point was just thrown back on the grill after being eaten off of. All said and done the manager did comp our meal but we left hungry after three hours. Quite a disappointing experience, especially for a holiday.

Set a reservation for 7:15p to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Arrived at 7p. Was sat down at 8p. Our waiter was considerate and phenomenal, however our experience was horrible due to what we were told: High profile celebrities were attending and their services was directed toward them. We expressed our frustration, while also attempting to be considerate and thankful for our waiter - who also honestly looked upset and frustrated throughout the night. My wife and I were at the restaurant for 3.5 hours, and while our bill was eventually covered, our wedding anniversary was ruined: especially as the manager told us to “come back at a less busy time.” We were served our food around 10p, everything was burned and cold.

Our reservation is at 7. We went there at 6:30 (it's better to be early than late, and so that they can prepare the table and have us seated on time.) but the front desk told us to wait til 7. So we waited til 7. When we went to the front desk again to ask if the table's ready, she told us to wait for a couple minutes. We waited patiently cuz we know how busy it gets esp on holidays. We finally got to our tables around like 7:30ish, we ordered after 10 mins. But had to wait 2h for our food to arrive, plus they didnt serve my oysters cuz they said there was an error! lool! It wasnt the best experience. The servers were great! but the kitchen was chaotic and most probably unorganized. Some tables who came in late than us were served 1st. The lighting was too dark. Not instagrammable. 30 mins wait of food is okay, but 2h is a no no. We expected the service to be great cuz it's an expensive restaurant. Buuut... 🤷🏻‍♀️

Overall, our experience this evening was atrocious. Since we do not have family in the area, every Christmas Eve we go out to dinner. So, a month and a half ago we made a reservation for the four of us for dinner. We had to guarantee our reservation with a credit card and were advised we would be subjected to a $20 or $25 charge per person if we failed to show. Our reservation time was 7pm and we arrived shortly before our reservation time. When we checked in, we were told there were a few tables ahead of us to be seated and that it would be about 15 minutes. We were finally sat by the host at 7:40. It took 20 minutes for us to place our drink order and another 30 minutes to receive all of the drinks in the order. At that point we opted to place our dinner order (we didn’t even bother ordering appetizers because we did not want to delay receiving our dinner any longer). A while later, when our beverages were empty we asked for additional drinks and bread because by now we were extremely hungry. After still waiting, at 9:50, we left with no food and no visit from the manager (even though our server went to get him because we had asked for the check for our drinks). Not surprisingly, we were one of about six other tables in our immediate area that were in the same position. We were extremely disappointed because in addition to this being a holiday, we live an hour away. I feel for our server, Stephen, this was his first day there and he was set up for failure. He could have made a decent tip off of our table and I know we weren’t the only table that left because we saw other patrons waiting at valet as we were leaving. So to summarize, we guaranteed our reservation be subjected to a monetary penalty, drove an hour, paid $20 for the valet, left a $30 tip for Stephen who at least deserved that because this was not his fault and at 10pm drove an hour home with our two teenaged athletes not fed. Lastly, when we got in our car, it reeked of weed from the valet.

It took over 3 hours for dinner. Entrees originally arrived before salads and appetizer so when they said they would re-make after we ate the others, we had them take them back. When we had finished the appetizers and salads there was still another long wait for the entrees, but they had obviously not been remade. Filets were cold, potatoes were crusty over surface, and sausage on the mixed grill was so dried out it could not be cut. The servers bringing out the food, didn't even know which tables to deliver the food to. They tried to make it right with a free glass of champagne and a dessert, but nothing could have salvaged the disaster of a meal that was the worst we have had for some time.

Had high expectations that weren’t meant. Don’t know if they were overwhelmed due to a busy Christmas Eve but the food was served lukewarm and dry. The bread and calamari were great but our steak, baked potato and chicken were warm at best and the Dijon lemon chicken was over cooked. Would definitely reconsider going back again.
