   People working the front desk were not very pleasant. Dismissive and not welcoming. I was shooed away when I arrived 10 mins early for my reservation and all I was doing was checking in. Additionally, pretty frustrating how there are reservations available after my 8:30 time that I selected and somehow by 8:30, half of the appetizers are unavailable and the Chianti wine is sold out. Not the experience I was hoping for. Not sure if I’ll be back soon.

   The service was great! But the food is overpriced for what we got. For example - a chicken cutlet (just that) with no sides was $26. You’re better off going to a family owned Italian American restaurant.

   Our experience was truly unfortunate, as we were very much looking forward to it! In summary, the food is good but the service cannot be worse. Everyone got food, even a second plate while drinks never came, not even after we took it upon ourselves to go to the bar and get them. We then got the wrong order (main dish) and it was delivered while we have barely worked on our appetizer as we kept waiting for the wine. The plate clearing was quite the experience. My son’s pizza plate was cleared while he was still eating (we had to save grab the last slice). Then servers were all over the table, piling dishes and clearing things - something you would not expect when paying $35 for a pizza.

   Service was ok, not great. Timing of the food was weird and they were out of stock of a decent amount of drinks as well.

   Very busy, food was ok (small portions), you're paying a premium for the name. Menu items are not served as described (e.g. pasta was supposed to be served in a cheese wheel and was not).

   Poor value for your money. The service was good though. Only come here if you want to make a good impression and don’t want to drive too far to a better restaurant.

   Portion size was not worth the price. Also the dish was not served on a cheese wheel as advertised.

   Server was awesome! The wine was great I asked for a decanter and they got it. The “busser” staff ON POINT I mean Michelin star on point. Thank you ( Valet Parking Would be Nice)

    Even though we had a reservation, we were left standing to the side and not taken to our seats for an extended time. We had to remind the greeter at the front that no one had taken us to a table after a long wait. Our table was in a corner, with one person having no back support as they were in a corner. Our food did not come out together and one person was still waiting for their food after everyone else had finished eating. I would say they are still working through some issues and it is not worth the cost at this time.
