    Nice addition to the mall. my only comment is to have the wait staff bring dishes at the same time. My husband received his app well before I did which lead to his getting cold. This also happened with our second course. His pasta came to the table well before my pizza did.

    Very disappointing today, our server was the best . The food was mediocre. Waited forever for my main course. I get my appetizer quickly, but my friend was almost done with her main meal, when mine arrived. Because it was lunch hour, was hoping for better. It’s pretty pricey for what you get. I’ve tried all the different locations and it’s always hit or miss. Please try to improve overall.

    Service felt rushed/abrupt yet the food was very slow to come out. Food was fine but shouldn’t have had to wait so long for basic spaghetti.

    First time at Eataly Sherway. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant even though it was a little loud to be able to have a conversation. The service was good. I had the papardelle with a mushroom Ragu which was very good and was a good size portion, however my friends had the spinach and cheese ravioli which they thought was just mediocre and their portions were rather small. I would certainly go back to try some if their other menu items.

    The only down side to our lunch was the $8 truffle extra - 3 grams - the truffle was stale and I doubt that we got more than 1 gram - 4 meagre shavings - The rest of the meal was excellent.
