   Was good fun and perfect after a hockey game. We took our kids (no kids menu) but accommodated well.

   Overall ambiance and decoration was 10/10 however the service was not good. Our server seemed extremely unhappy to be there, didn’t come to clean our table to take the empty glasses away (even when bringing the food) I understand Friday nights are busy, but this evening wasn’t that extreme. Half the patio was empty, and saw her standing and talking to the other servers half the night and not working. Also when I was coming in not one person greeted me yet all were just standing there. The hostess and a couple servers. It was very strange. We had to ask for the bill twice and she got it wrong thereafter 2 times. Overall enjoyed my time with my friends from out of town, but service was very poor and disappointing. They said they definitely won’t be visiting there again. One friend they was from Europe, was so extremely surprised to how poor the service was and was expected to give minimum 18% tip. She wanted to give ZERO. I use to work at this earls in Yaletown and the service has gone extremely downhill in the last couple of years. Very disappointing.

   Tried some of the recently added happy hour menu items. they are good however for some reasons both of the fries we ordered (not ordered together but at different times) arrived colder than lukewarm.

   The ambience was good.! Our hostess forgot to refill drink. Then I asked for takeout boxes & bill. We had to ask another for help. She didn’t get the bill. Unfortunately we felt service was mediocre and left no tip Manager had help us will bill

   Our server was amazing thankfully and the ambiance was great. The rest was a major disappointment. We got to the restaurant and 2/3 of the menu was either sold out or not able to be made as the oven was broken. On top of that there was a homeless man starring at us and waving his first towards my husband until the wait staff went out to get him to move on. A bad night to chose Earls Yaletown

   We usually love coming to this Earls for the holidays. We were greeted and sat on time for our reservation and staff were friendly. However, it took about 40 minutes for our order to be taken. The food was disappointing when it arrived, spinach dip bread and pizza crust was burnt and cold. We were given too much bread for the amount of spinach dip served, we noticed portion was smaller than usual. Our server assistant was wonderful at checking in and making sure our order was placed and we had what we needed. Heaters were not on and we were told they were broken. We were disappointed in the quality of food and overall experience of our visit this year.

    Excellent service and great recommendations, on the food choices, by our server. Food arrived at a reasonable time and nothing was disappointing. Nicely decorated on the outside of restaurant, just wish there was more Christmas lighting and decor on the inside of the restaurant.
