   Our server Mateo was the best server we have ever had at earls. Tell him he was excellent and we thank you for the amazing dinner! He made my birthday dinner with my friends extra special.

   Well the service was atrocious unfortunately. Very slow and I ordered my steak rare and it was given to me well done. There was no time to send it back to the kitchen because I was already late for the Canucks game I was attending due to the slow service. Usually earls is good but this time the service and food was bad.

   Thoroughly enjoyed the service at Earls Yaletown. Everyone was a delight and took care of our needs. The food and drinks were also delicious.

   Came for our friend’s 30th birthday dinner. We had a great table in a prime location with an Earls birthday card waiting on the table! Unfortunately once we were seated there was no further acknowledgement of the birthday and no complimentary dessert or candles were brought for the guest of honour at the end which is usually the case at similar restaurants. We still had a great time and the food was fantastic.

   Great ambience for a Thursday night with friends pre-concert. Delicious cocktails! The only disappointment was the sesame noodle salad. It was just a bit too soggy and didn't have much going on in the way of interesting toppings or textures. I will not order that one again. Service was friendly and attentive.

    Went for a girls dinner before the Usher concert. After we placed our order we were told 10 minutes later the oven wasnt working and to order something different. We ordered dessert as well and only 1 came out, the other came out quite a bit later. Overall we didn’t have a great experience despite choosing to dine at Earls over the many restaurants in the Yaletown area. For the future, I will probably chose a different restaurant for dinner and drinks before an event in Vancouver.
