   We had a very good waiter but he was completely overwhelmed with back to back large groups of around 24 guests each plus other tables in his section. As a result we and other guests were neglected for long periods and had to wait too long to receive drinks and our meals. He mistimed our order and the entrees were ready before having received our appetizers although he blamed the kitchen staff for this. My steak came blue rare and was extremely tough after having ordered medium rare. The others at our table were finished their meals including another poor quality steak before the waiter had time to do a quality check. I sent my entree back and the manager quickly apologized and offered me a complimentary appetizer so I could eat something quickly. It’s not fair for customers paying expensive menu prices to be neglected and have their dining experience ruined when a restaurant manager expects their servers to look after far too many customers at one time especially when large groups are involved. I’ll be more aware in the future to avoid this situation again as it’s such a waste of time and money.

   My family came in for dinner and had a lovely night! The food was delicious and it was a busy night! They were glad to have made a reservation.

   Everything what we wanted were sold out. The waitress didn’t even let us know in advance until we order them. We had to go over menu again for substitute dishes. Chicken tender , chicken wing , salmon aburi and cheese cake were sold out. It’s too many ! The restaurant wasn’t even busy at all. Disappointed.

   They were so awesome! We mentioned it was a birthday and they went above and beyond for the birthday girl. The food was taking long but the night manager personally came over to check on us and apologize for the delay. A great experience all over.

   I have been to this location 2 othertimes and it was great! Last evening..we went for an early dinner before a show. To fair we where to they where have problems with the printer going to kitchen..they had to write everything out??..that’s ok…but not a excuse for the lack of detail or attention we didn’t receive..the place was not that busy..lots of staff standing buy the bar area. Waitress was pleasant..but was not very attentive..nor anyone else…no small talk at all. Had to ask for a pasta spoon for my dish. We ordered one dessert to share..and received one spoon..had to ask for 3 more. And all napkins were gone from the main course and then ..never given more with the dessert..yes they had problems with the printers. But that is no excuse for being detached and not paying attention to the customer. Food was very good.

   Absolutely loving the new menu for fall - the steak and sushi combo is unmatched! Awesome service from Andrea for our large group, we had so much fun!

    Wrote that it was my moms birthday on the reservation and Earls so kindly wrote her a card. Service was great! Our server Emma even brought us dessert! Thanks for a great evening
