   We went to Earls to celebrate our first anniversary. It was a Monday night so not overally busy in the restaurant. Service was excellent and food was delicious. We had the steak tortellini and the 12oz prime striploin along with a dessert. Atmosphere was nice and wasn't to loud in the restaurant.

   My wife and I had another fantastic dinner this evening at Earls St. Vital. Our server Kennedy was super busy but made us feel like we were the only ones there. Great service! In addition we spoke with the Guest Experience Manager who wanted to ensure we did have another great dining experience.

   This is my local restaurant. Close to home. Great food and drinks. Always noisy but that’s just the way the restaurant is built. Getting a tad expensive but still enjoy. My meal + drinks was $94 I think. As I said. A bit pricey but still tasted great.

   Honestly, Earls has lost and its edge. The food is okay but the prices are really high. It's like they're trying to be high dining with their prices, but the service is a little sloppy.. Lots of servers standing around even on Valentine's Day. Server left an empty beer can on our table for the whole time until the end. I guess I just expect more for a two-person, $100 meal.
