   Server was outstanding. Very attentive. Overall food was pretty good. The best fries I have had at an Earl's in a long time. Like they were made table side. However, the chicken wrap had 7 small nuggets of mostly breading on 4 pieces of wilted and wet butter lettuce. Pretty gross. The rest of the food was all very good. Just won't order that chicken again.

   Excellent meal for a birthday celebration. We were party of 7 and everything came out together, hot and very tasty. Will definitely go back!

   I am a frequent visitor to Earls and have always enjoyed their menu’s variety and quality. Over the years, I’ve dined at remarkable restaurants such as Aubergine, the Savoy Grill in London, Anton Mosimann’s establishments, Chuck’s in Banff, and Le Bernardin. These experiences have shaped my appreciation for fine dining and given me a perspective on what can be expected from restaurants, even in casual settings. Last night, I dined at my regular Earls South Common location. The service was exceptional, thanks to my attentive server and Teagan, the professional leader on duty. For my meal, I ordered the Steak Frites, requesting hot fries and a medium steak. The steak was tender and seasoned beautifully, while the fries were crisp and hot, enhancing the dish. However, the salad was slightly disappointing due to soggy lettuce, and the horseradish cream lacked its signature sharpness, being overly creamy. We also ordered a white wine spritzer, but the soda was flat, diminishing its refreshing quality. Teagan quickly rectified this, bringing fresh soda and ice separately to customize the drink to our liking. This attentiveness reinforced why I value this Earls location. I suggested they consider introducing a two-bite platter featuring their most popular dishes, allowing guests to sample a variety without committing to a full order. It’s an idea that could make the menu even more appealing to diners like me. Despite minor issues, Earls South Common remains my go-to venue for its excellent service, welcoming ambiance, and consistent menu quality. With small improvements, like fresher salad greens and more flavorful horseradish cream, the experience could be elevated further. I look forward to returning and seeing how they continue to innovate and enhance their offerings.

   Made reservation for business lunch! Great service, great food, great atmosphere!! All staff treated us like they really appreciated our business!! Even managers were coming around making sure we were being looked after and if anyone was in need of refill for beverages. Don't know how you could improve our experience today!! We will be back!!     Love Earls but my last experience was less than stellar. It was extremely busy and I think the kitchen had an issue keeping up as the service was extremely slow. The food was excellent as usual except the potatoes in the warm potatoe salad were cut too big and not completely cooked which was unfortunate as it's one of my favourites. There was a hockey game and several large groups in the dining room so the noise level was unusually high.
