Went to celebrate our daughter's birthday and the service really made it for us. Our server was not only attentive but very charming. The food, as always, was excellent. Cocktails where great and overall a lovely evening!

I had planned a special evening with my friends for a very special friend of mine for her bday. It was 13 of us and we all had lots of fun and the food was very good and very hot and fresh too. Also, too some people were happy that were so many food choices for people who are glueteen free or other dietary options. We were happy about happy hours for drinks. Our waiter was very helpful and very kind and friendly.

I had a lovely lunch out with my mom, but what made the afternoon was our server Destiny. She was genuine , sweet, and provided above and beyond service.

I can say Earl’s is one of the few restaurants that any location you go to, the quality of food is amazingly consistent. I have been to most locations across the GTA. It was my first time at this Sherway location and surprisingly it was quieter than expected which was great. It was very clean, the customer service from the moment we walked in was exceptional. The bathroom was well maintained! A big thank you to our server in the lounge, Jermaine! He went above and beyond!!

Lovely place, excellent food and very fair prices. Server was great and very nice. We were having a small bachelorette party brunch and he brought us a complimentary dessert. Will definitely return for brunch again and to try the dinner menu!

I've hesitated to write a review for this location, but after several disappointing visits, I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, the service here continues to decline with each visit. The staff is consistently unprofessional, and customer service seems to be a low priority. The servers are inattentive, often disappearing after taking your order, leaving you to chase them down just to get the bill. Even if you make a reservation, be prepared to wait, as walk-ins are prioritized over reservations. I won't be returning to this location again.

Once again another fantastic outing at Earl's Sureway, great service great food and just an enjoyable afternoon can't wait to be back in a few weeks. If you're looking for a place to grab a bite to eat this should be near the top of your list.
