   Food was fantastic and the service was excellent. Unfortunately some other diners brought their loudspeaker (infant) out for Valentine’s Day at 7:45 at night. It cried for approximately an hour straight. Other than that it was a great experience. I recommend the chicken fettuccine Alfredo.

   Haven’t dined in for a number of years and was pleasantly surprised with the renovations. Lighting was great and style and design were perfect. Services were good and staff was smiling and working hard. Great job!

   Always a great time at Earls, our food was out with in 15 minutes and we were on our way after an hour. Delicious food and wonderful staff!

   Our service was fine, our meals were quite good. The issue was with one of our take home desserts. The cheesecake was disgusting! Apparently Earl’s likes to hide the scrap pieces of cheesecake in a take out container. It was a very small piece, it was the end slice of a rectangle cheesecake that was no more than an inch thick and was so dried out and hard it was inedible. If this had shown on a plate at the table it would have been promptly sent back and not re-ordered but instead they get rid of something they wouldn’t be able to serve in the restaurant, in a takeout container. Very disappointing for the prices they charge. I wish I would have taken a photo before throwing it in the garbage!! 😡

Please know that we take pride in our desserts, and it’s concerning to hear that an end piece made its way into your order. Our cheesecake is made fresh in house and the ends are usually trimmed off before it is portioned for service.     Always a great experience and great food. When I am home to visit my parents I never miss getting out at least once to the restaurant. Love sitting on the lounge side but the service is great no matter where you sit in the place.
