    Filthy and regretted eating there. Steak was the worst we had ever had

    Thank you for the feedback. We have 5 different cuts of steak that all need to be cooked differently. We hate to hear of a bad steak so I hope you come back when we re-open.

    Perfect dinner for last night in Jasper with best Manhattan cocktails since we left home in Texas 2 weeks ago! Food was great and we got roof top patio seating overlooking downtown. A+

    Our experience at Earl’s was subpar. The service was very slow and when we were checked on or served, many items were incorrect from drinks to meals. Drinks were not being offered to refill or replace unless asked and we spent a lot of time hearing our waitress chatting at length with neighbouring tables while neglecting us then having errors in orders.

    The food was great, our server was outstanding (Jay I think). He made the evening to be honest. It was 7 PM not an extremely busy night by any means. We asked to sit out on the patio. There was only table left and we were told no. Being a party of two I understand. We were sat by the door to the patio and had the joy of listening to it. Bang closed for the entire meal. what I don’t understand is that outside table set empty until we left..

    Windows were dirty. Server was not very attentive. The building was hot and noisy. Food was good.
