   Excellent from start to finish. Great food and service. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Excellent treatment by our server Riley. A great dessert and champagne too! Thanks everyone for making our day so special!

   Food and service were excellent. We hadn’t been to Earls for a while and were very happy to find it’s as good as we remember it being, if not better.

   We went to Earls Fir street for my son’s birthday and valentine’s day. It has been awhile since I was at this location and we were lucky enough to be seated in the solarium, which was lovely and quiet. Unfortunately the food left a little to be desired. I had the Santa Fe Chicken salad. It used to be so amazing, but this was sub-par in my opinion. I’m not a fan of the lettuce used and there was barely any of the dates, corn and crispy topping. There was a large piece of chicken which was tasty. The dressing wasn’t nearly as delicious as what it used to be either. My son ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and found it boring compared to previous visits. It used to be his favorite!. The clam chowder ordered by another party was amazing though. The service was great and the manager did say he would make sure my salad was much better if I were to come back and get it again. I wouldn’t get it again! I rarely complain about my meals but for the prices they are charging these days, it was disappointing.

   Service was excellent. My steak was tough and it was obvious that it had been precooked and just warmed up. Unfortunate for the price.

   Sorry Earl's I've always given you 5 stars all through, was my bday dinner with son & sister, we've been fir all our bday dinners a few times and food always wonderful, not this time. Our server Karina saved the night with her outstanding service! Even your Hotesses at front, so nice and so welcoming. We never waited or wanted for anything. Top notch on service! I had blackened chicken. I ate about 4 bites, didnt complain as I didn't want to, just didnt eat. Tasted like someone took a cold piece of skinned chicken that was cooked earlier, zapped in microwave then brushed on blackened spices, I'm serious! Terrible. The Angry chicken wraps were awful and a disappointment as have had at 2 other establishments and were crispy and Fabulous!! Not these ones, along with the Spinach Dip. Not very good last night anyway. Even my sister said her food was just ok, we all shared appts. What happened?? Such a disappointment. In a more positive note, really nice how you made a dessert plate for all 3 of us since my bday. Our bill was $246 & change, Sis & I split. Not sure if I'll be coming back to be honest. Enjoying your food is pretty up there, food and service is most important to me. Karina could not have given better service but definitely someone or who ever prepared our food? Not good.    Everything was very good until a large group of 17 people were seated across from us in two large booths. It then became extremely noisy! Needless to say we didn't bother with dessert and were quite happy to leave.

    Host seated us in a perfect location - asked for booth away from door as we were a bit chilled and I was dining with my 2 children. We were seated in a cozy booth at the back of the restaurant; so the experience already started out great from the first moment. Server was exceptional. Came at the end of happy hour and she got our order in quickly. Moreover, our order was a bit complicated (9 year old involved…), but the server was very on top of it - efficient, friendly, professional. Could tell she was an experienced server. She really made the night amazing fantastic experience. Food and drinks also great (tried the lychee martini, which was very good). My daughter left the restaurant saying “that was the best night”. Happy children, happy mom. Really great experience for a full-time working mom with 2 young kids, whose husband is away for work for 3 1/2 weeks. I needed that night out! :)
