   Our server jack was awesome, absolute gentleman. The bartender was on point, our white peach bourbon sours were one of the best sours I’ve ever had. The kitchen was amazing as well, my steak was seared, so crispy, and rare as requested. Tortellini was so flavourful, and the pizza was wood fired to perfection. Great job everyone!

   Matt was an excellent server and had great suggestions which we loved - happy hour food was great. Also amazing Alfredo pasta. Great atmosphere too. Will definitely be back. Thanks!

   Really disappointed with our experience. I’ve been to many Earl’s restaurants, and this was not consistent with how they should be. The server was inattentive and did not really care, and even when asked for specific things such as side plates, he did not bring them. The food was missing the standard garnishes, and things like that showing no attention to detail or caring about what is going out the kitchen door. For being in attentive, the server made sure to articulate and point out how I could tip him, using the point of sale device, which I felt was offside given the experience.

   Greeted friendly and taken to table. Order taken promptly. Appetizer came out hot and delicious. Mains came out - I had chicken Caesar salad - it was the saddest salad I’ve ever seen. Romaine wilted, bowl half full, glob of dressing in the middle, and chicken dry. For $26 I expect it to be significantly better. 10 Mins after we got our mains the server finally came over and asked how it was. I indicated the salad is horrible, and was asked “would you like us to remake it”. Didn’t ask what was wrong. When I went to say what was wrong I was cut off and asked again “do You want us to remake it”. Second salad came out - bowl was full, chicken hot and not dry and dressing well dispersed. My low review is how it was handled.

   Food was extremely dry and underwhelming. Used to love Earls years ago. Quality has gone down significantly. Would not recommend to anyone.

   We thought the service and food was good. However, we wanted to order items from the Happy Hour menu and we couldn’t, because we had made a reservation. Our host seated us upstairs, so we requested to be seated elsewhere. We appreciate that you accommodated us, but what’s the point of making a reservation if you are excluded from the Happy Hour?

   Our server was a mess - he took our order and couldn’t figure out how to open the bottle of wine so took it to the bartender to pre-open it and even then he couldn’t figure it out. He poured a taste and never poured more - we had to. Then he came back to take our order a second time and realized he already had but didn’t put it in. He really struggled when we didn’t have hard orders to fill. Food was great but he was a mess.

    Really disappointed in the meal. Our server was attentive, the ambiance was to be expected for a family restaurant but the food was sub par at best. Steak had to be returned to the kitchen as it was cold and raw in the middle. Chicken sandwich - sourdough bread was overcooked and extremely hard to bite into. Both meals were just not Earl’s standard.
