Situato in zona Portuense, Dumpling Bar serve ravioli ripieni in diverse maniere e serviti alla classica maniera cinese: nei tradizionali cestini di bamboo che riescono ad avere un fascino tutto loro. Dai dumpling ripieni di pesce a quelli farciti con carne di agnello, dai ravioli vegetariani con patate rosse e ceci fino ai nostri preferiti, conditi con gamberi e seppia. Ma il menu di questo ristorante situato vicino a via della Magliana e alle rive del fiume Tevere, ci sono anche ottimi udon, come un delizioso riso Wenzhou, condito con uova, verdure, mais, carne di maiale, funghi. La cucina dim sum viene qui espressa al massimo anche grazie a un’atmosfera tipica e un servizio cordiale!
