Serving refined French-inspired bistro classics including indulgent fish pie, locally sourced moules frites, fresh Provençale style salads & succulent signature burgers, alongside a lovingly considered selection of wines, Kentish beers, house cocktails & Champagne by the glass.

In summer, the Garden Grill, with sprawling Mediterranean sun terrace, provides a peaceful oasis from the hustle and bustle of the Main Sands, serving crab frites, burgers, local draught beer and refreshing spritz.

The staff were friendly and the service was good, even though it was reasonably busy. We enjoyed our food and there was a decent choice on the menu. A good atmosphere, if very slightly loud on the music front, although once we were used to it, the level was fine. A notch down maybe. Otherwise, our experience was very good and I would happily dine there again.

Lovely lunch to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Great food, lovely friendly service. We had the roast dinner (vegan option) and it was so tasty and well cooked. We followed this with desserts - which were also excellent - chocolate genache and Lemon posset. House red (Malbec) was very good according to the drinkers. This is a lovely chilled restaurant serving high quality food and offering great service. We felt welcomed and looked after. We will return.

Superb service and food, champagne and the loveliest of staff. The vibe is great with a live pianist and sophisticated decor. They have done a brilliant job creating a lovely restaurant and bar.

We went recently on a Sunday with our two children, two friends and their toddler. The staff were helpful and accommodating, the roast was fantastic and the ambience was lovely - they had a pianist playing. Will definitely return.

Exceptionally good bistro menu, deliciously strong cocktails, varied wine list and stunning decor. Can’t recommend highly enough! Can’t wait to come back again soon - maybe for a Sunday roast as they come highly recommended by our friends! LOVE Dukes!
