Located on Lake Wylie in the newly developed McLean South Shore, Drift on Lake Wylie is a chef-inspired lakeside chophouse. At the forefront of the Lake Wylie dining scene, our food is simple and seasonal—home to prime cuts of beef, local seafood, and homemade pasta. Whether you join us for dinner, pop by the bustling bar for a quick bite, or book one of our private dining rooms for a special dinner or cocktail party, we look forward to serving you soon.

Located 8 minutes south of Belmont off South New Hope Road and North of Lake Wylie just off Pole Branch Road.

This guided experience will be led by a wine expert from Orsini Wines. The event is priced at $60 per guest, which includes wine tastings, light bites, a 4% administrative fee, 18% gratuity, and tax. Light bites will be paired to complement the wines. After the event, enjoy 10% off your dinner if you choose to dine with us. Please note: A credit card hold is required to secure your reservation. We'll be serving a variety of teas alongside light bites, such as deviled eggs, baked goods, tea sandwiches, cheeses, and small desserts — perfect for treating all the amazing mothers in your life! Reservations are required, and a credit card hold will be needed to confirm your booking. We will not be serving our brunch al a carte menu during this event.

    Once seating our experience was good, but we waited 35 min with a reservation so that was quite frustrating. We watched multiple parties (~20 people overall) walk in after us and be seating while we waited.

    Top notch service from Ashton. Nice sitting on the patio to enjoy brunch, steak was a little tough but flavorful. Drinks with muddled fruit should be strained, clogs up the straw. Never felt rushed. Overall a positive experience.

    We really enjoyed our Easter brunch. The fried deviled eggs were yummy. Chicken and waffles really hit the spot. The staff is always so wonderful. We visit this place often.

    My friend and I went for Easter Brunch and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The special menu had lots of choices for the 3 course meal, as well as cocktails. We both had the lobster omelette and it was perfectly cooked and flavored.

    Went for Easter brunch withe the pre-fix menu. Server was attentive, fun, full of smiles. Made for a welcoming brunch! Food selection was adequate but the taste was exceptional from all 3 courses. Definitely will be doing brunches here more often!
