   Our family of 4 dined here tonight and split the tomahawk board with a few appetizers to start with. Everything was excellent! Crab cakes, yum, classic and 2-bite size. The teenagers wolfed down the mini tacos and my husband added their Caesar salad to his top Five list. The tomahawk is what we were here for…it did NOT disappoint! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. My husband said the shrimp were delicious and cooked to perfection. The sides on this board matched the level of the steak. The stars of the night were the mashed potatoes and the asparagus. Those potatoes, my gosh, so good! DC, you should know you’re doing something right when the kids ask to finish the asparagus. This was a delicious treat, We will definitely be back.

   We love coming here, great food & great service every time! Every time we are in from Chicago, this restaurant is a must, actually we usually visit several times throughout our vacation! This is truly the gem of Wisconsin Dells, great quality meats from Meats by Linz along with a super amazing happy hour as well. We’ve pretty much had everything on the menu and it’s delicious. Thanks for all the consistency and great memories!

   Very expensive and the over all value did not meet our expectations. I’m a price vs value customer and I have paid much less for a much better experience. Typical fancy front with high prices and a nice atmosphere. Food prepared well but lacked flavor. Service was very poor after the first 10 minutes. Had to find our server to get boxes and check. Many tables were left waiting for servers who were just not around and the place was not too busy. Expect an upscale price with a mediocre experience.

   We recently celebrated a birthday at Double Cut. My son wanted a excellent steak to celebrate and having been here once before with excellent service and food, I thought we would try it again. The service was excellent with our server Brock who took very good care of us. He explained the menu and steak offerings make excellent recommendations. The food was all excellent and we all enjoyed the steak offerings which we cooked perfectly. We had the bread board and bacon as apps and both were delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend Double Cut.

   Steak was melt in your mouth good and the sides, wow! I had a baked potato as big as a nerf football! Everything was delicious, but go there planning on sharing whatever you order, portions are huge!

    The first time we came to Double Cut the atmosphere was elegant and upscale. This time I was shocked to see so many children and the very casual attire almost like fast food attire of the guests. There was a family at the table next to us and the mother was literally dressed in pajamas !, dirty slippers and socks! I was appalled. Especially because they were couples coming in dressed for a night out. I can’t imagine what they thought. There should be a dress code.. Not acceptable. We won’t be back.
