   I was loud but the overall experience was great. Josh our server was so great! The food was great and fair priced.

   Unfortunately I do not get to experience Doral SteakHouse… I placed a reservation approximately 4hours ahead of time showed up 10-15min ahead of time. As me and my wife walked up to the establishment. We saw that it was quite a few people in the restaurant. I grabbed the door handle to open it for my wife. However the door was locked. I tried the other door that was locked as well. The waitresses and also customers that were sitting down facing the door close to the bar. Could literally see us standing outside and my countless attempts to open the door. No one came to the door. I even called the establishment three times while standing in front of the door. No answer and the place was not packed. We waited about 7-10min at that point we just didn’t feel comfortable nor welcomed. So we left and and I checked my reservation online I never received a call nor cancellation.

   Excelente servicio, muy buena comida, recomiendo todo, en especial: el Tartar de atún, las empanadas, y los cortes de carnes. El ambiente inmejorable, tuvimos la oportunidad de oír y ver el show de Enrique Divine, gran artista!

    This was my second time visiting with my family and this time I planned on using a Mastercard gift card with a balance of $150 and at the end I was told I was not able to use it. That it had to be a gift card from the actual restaurant to be able to use to pay my bill. Thankfully I had enough money on me to pay for my family and I because it would have been a problem. I don’t understand why they do this but it was not very nice. The food quantity isn’t something to brag about, we had to return one of my family member’s plates because her steak wasn’t cooked correctly and it’s a bit pricey and not much variety of foods to select from. Maybe it was a bad night from the restaurant but we won’t be returning any time soon. It was lovely being inside and having enough room to eat and chat respectfully and not too much loud music that was awesome but other than that, we have mixed opinions.
