   We celebrated a birthday during brunch. There was 10 of us. The food was great and so was the service.

   Disappointing lunch. Drinks where unbalanced & too sweet. Coconut shrimp was way over cooked to the point of being crunchy. The blackened Mahi sandwich was so soggy the roll disintegrated and fell apart, plus there was no seasoning on the fish. Server and view of river were both good.

   Service attentive. Outdoor patio was enclosed and heated. Food was OUTSTANDING. Large mahi fillet grilled perfectly. Excellent rice + beans. Delicious plantains. Lunch portions reasonable and not excessive.

   Broiled salmon was perfectly cooked, as was the grilled swordfish. Sides were plentiful and equally tasty. Outdoor or indoor dining. Service was impeccable

   Always a favorite spot to dine while we are in Florida. Our service was wonderful. Food was very good. The salad bar is plentiful. We having been dining here year after year and we shall return.

   The night was beautiful ,sitting outside with a memorable view of the Indian River lagoon and the bridge from Sewellls Point to Hutchinson Island in the distance . The stuffed shrimp and the shrimp and. grits were delicious and very well presented. Our waitress, Sarah, was most accommodating. We will be back.

   This is a historic waterfront restaurant created by movie star Frances Langford who moved to Jensen Beach after WWII. The current operator has kept the original look. If you are a classic movie or 50's TV fan, this place is a must to see the photos on the wall of the old stars visiting Frances at the restaurant. We went early on a Friday night before the restaurant became busy. My wife had the grilled fresh dolphin, and I had the breaded dolphin with lemon sauce. Well prepared and tasty. The scalloped potatoes were delicious and plentiful. My sister had the shrimp stuffed with crab. The servings were large and served promptly. Our cocktails were good. The menu is limited, but this is a reliably good restaurant at comparable prices. If you are a visitor to Florida, include this old Florida place in your itinerary.
