   The waiter was very inexperienced. He had to go back multiple times to 1) remember our order and 2) get everything to the table.

   Service was a little slow. Some people was food was correct temperature some could’ve been warmer. Serve was pleasant. Not crowded or noisy. Looking out at the city was nice. Validated parking was great for the garage.

   Server missed the mark in every way. Forgot to ring in the food then she walked back over 20 mins later to ask what a couple of us ordered again. Waiting another 25 mins for food. Then forgot two peoples entrees. The server didn’t even notice two people had no food. One person at our table is 6 weeks sober. Ordered a NA mule. Our sever handed him a red glass of wine and said it was the mocktail. I was shocked. She dropped silverware in my lap. When asked questions about the menu, she could not help. 6 total drinks were brought to our table that we did not order. The food was good, but we could not get past the level of service. We used to be regulars at this location, came back to get another try.

    I have been here many times however, this experience was mediocre at best. We were rushed to order and told the kitchen was closing. As we enjoyed our cocktails, the bartender was cleaning dishes and splashed one of the drinks. She was cleaning all over me, barely apologized and then didn’t think anything of it. Less than impressed.
