   The steaks are the reason to go here. They’re fantastic. Very good Caesar salad although no one offered fresh pepper. It was our anniversary so they sat us at a table near the piano, provided a signed card from the staff, and a complimentary dessert. Very nice touches! Service felt rushed. Our server kept asking us if we wanted to order our food. We wanted to enjoy our cocktails first, then our salads, etc. We were out for a special occasion so wanted to enjoy our time, not rush through dinner. Our server finally got the message after the third or fourth time of saying we wanted to wait. When it did come time to order entrees, we also wanted a glass of wine. Our wine did not come until almost halfway through our steaks so that was disappointing. It’s time for a remodel of the bathrooms. Not in line with the prices they charge! Overall, a good experience but the prices are too high for the service missteps and poor bathroom condition.

   Came in during Christmas week and luckily was able to get a reservation. Started with the crab cake, it was delicious great use of seasoning and perfectly crispy on the outside. Had the filet mignon 8oz medium rare, the steak was slightly overcooked but not enough to send back.

   Always wonderful food & service! The Christmas atmosphere was outstanding. The prices were also a bit high. $200 for two sharing with 2 cocktails. But these days with inflation, it is to be expected

   Great food and service. Steak was better than expected and I’m picky. Food overall was definitely worth the cost. Atmosphere was very loud, so not a good place for dates. Otherwise, great experience.

    Wow, our experience here was beyond disappointing. We came here a couple of years ago and had a poor experience with not great food. Willing to give it a second try, we had made reservations to spend a nice evening out for Christmas. We showed up 5 minutes early for our reservation, all to wait over 25 minutes to be sat. In the meantime, we watched numerous parties of the same size walk in and be sat almost immediately. When I went to check in with the hostess to follow up after waiting 20 minutes, she was very rude and could not even apologize for the wait and said we were next (despite sitting numerous parties that came in after us). We had specifically requested a table upstairs, as it can get quite loud with the piano downstairs. As we continued to patiently wait, after she said we were next, they went and sat another couple who had just walked in upstairs. Then, the same hostess finally came to seat us downstairs by the noise. I then expressed my disappointment to the hostess, who was beyond rude and could still not apologize for our experience who just said "well we are really backed up". We continued to sit at the table for over 10 minutes without even seeing a server. Needless to say, we decided to leave without dining. This experience was beyond disappointing. Not only will we never return, we have also told all of our close friends and family members that live near the area of this experience, who will also never return or provide them the business. On top of this, I was marked by this extremely rude hostess as a no show!
