   Terrible experience. Had my birthday here with 20+ people. Called them beforehand to ask if I could have it seated as one long table, they confirmed it is fine. One hr before my reservation, they said “by the way we are unable to seat your guests together” is that okay. Had to speak with them multiple times about it before the actual reservation day of. When I arrived, no one apologized. The waiter doesn’t come to check up on you. food took forever and it tasted all bad.

   It was so stressful booking hers and the policies was so stressful which they communicated to me the day of .they do one big big for over 8 people . They don’t communicate well enough especially when trying to make reservations. Overall I had a bad experience and they made my birthday very stressful

   I would never would go back to this restaurant again the food was terrible the staff were terrible. The manger was forcing us to pay because of complications with the food they ruined my birthday and my experience I don’t recommend anyone going here. They kept on bringing security to the table we had questions and wanted to pay the bill. They kept trying me, security showed up as if someone is gonna run off the with the bill. They came up to me twice saying the bill had to be paid when I didn’t get my food when that happened the server and manger were very rude and had no respect. Is that how you treat customers who are paying for their food? I would NEVER EVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN.

   This was the worst experience at a restaurant in my life and as the AGM for the Harbourfront Centre I give a lot of grace to establishments, but I can’t in this case they absolutely wasted my time money and ruined my birthday, I would never go back.

   I waited 35 minutes to be seated despite having booked a reservation a week prior and the restaurant being practically empty. Food came out within 20 minutes, but a part of my dish was forgotten. The food was okay, not necessarily high-end restaurant quality. Decent pricing, but outside of the interior, I would go to Moxies before I come here again.

   I had the best experience my last visit. The DJ was amazing he played hits after hits. The food was a 19/10

   Always a great option. Wish more people in the neighbourhood would give it a try. Such a beautiful interior with an outstanding view overlooking Bloor Street.

   Decided to come here for my birthday dinner and me and my friends had a great time! The food is good, the ambience was amazing. If you’re looking for a more private experience with your friends and to share a special moment or even just for a casual get together this is the place for you!    We were very disappointed with our experience at Dia. The servers were inconsistent; we were served by 6 different people, the food took forever to come out, some orders missed…The staff kept touching the rim of the glass while serving…overall, the service was very poor quality.
