   The hostesses were rude, not engaged, on their phones and leaning over with their elbows on the desk. They even looked bothered to deal with us when we came in and were NOT friendly. The waitress literally came to our table on twice until the bill was asked for. Although the food was good I may not go back for a long while. Service was just awful.

   We ordered filet mignon and steakhouse salad. Both were perfectly cooked and Andrew our server was wonderful.

   Service was non attentive and my steak was over done but no one checked in on us after it was served to let them know so we just had to accept it.

   We always have a wonderful meal at Del Frisco’s in Westwood. We loved the pretzel rolls, the steak frites, the steak salad, the French dip sandwich and the burger! Andrew was a wonderful server.

   horrible!!! will never go there....morton treats you so much better. first our waitress jessica took 12 minutes to introduce her self after we sat. the reservation was made online with a birthday res and jessica had no clue. they stuck us in the front near the door. jessica never came to ask us about the food selection. then told us if our VISA gift card didnt have a chip that we cant use it. she screwed up the points on our landry card and didnt take the correct amount off card. Never mind how loud and noisy it was. we had a horrible experience. thank jessica you blew it

   Not in line with other Del Fresco restaurants like in Seaport Boston or in NYC. Filet Mignon was not as well prepared as normal. This restaurant was more comparable to a Longhorn restaurant, but at 2x the price.

   Carlie gave us an absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end. She made us feel welcomed and special for our birthday celebration and even had a card for us signed by the whole staff, I felt terrible that I had forgotten it but wanted to make sure she was recognized for her exemplary service.

    This was our second time at DelFriscos in Westwood. First time was a great experience for the Service, food, and atmosphere. This time, not so much. We both ordered filet mignon. My wife’s came out at barely room temperature. Mine was fine. My side of Crispy Brussel Sprouts took almost 10 more minutes to come out. My wife ordered the “loaded” baked potato as her side and that came out with her order. However, it was rather minimal in toppings when compared with that of adjacent diners who ordered the same thing shortly after us. We don’t feel the waiter had anything to do with the issues as food runners were used. Speaking to management at the time wouldn’t have helped the situation at the moment as we didn’t want to wait any longer to have our meal.
