    We had Christmas dinner and everything was great. The restaurant was very busy and all of the service staff worked extremely well together food was served fresh and hot with no issues. You should dine at Del Frisco Grill

    Did not get seated until for half an hour after our reservations. Did not get silverware for about 10 minutes after our food came. Menu was very limited. It was Christmas so it was somewhat understandable but overall was not a good experience for the price.

    Had Christmas dinner at Del Frisco's, as with any major holiday the restaurant was very busy and it is challenging to be staffed for the rush. I think they did a very good job considering the circimstances. It was alittle slow but that is to be expected and I am happy to wait when your meal is cooked perfectly. I commend t he staff and management for servicing a very busy day and on a holiday. thank you for being open and accomodating us.

    I would not recommend this restaurant. Christmas Day and they ran out of a few things. Unacceptable

    It was Christmas Day so, of course, the restaurant was crowded. And diners were over staying their time at the tables so, we had to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated. When we were seated it was at a table brought in from outside and it wobbled. Our chairs were too low for the table. We all felt like we needed junior chairs to raise our chins above the table top. The menu was a bit limited in main courses. The food and drink preparation was indifferent.

    We were there to celebrate our Christmas Day yesterday. We always loved this restaurant and have been there many times, even on Holidays and we always enjoyed it. This year however, it was not so great. We had reservation for 5 at 2:30 PM and they already ran our of the Christmas special, the Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail, after 3 people ordered that we were told there was no more and they substituted with Filet Mignon Oscar Style with cam with a side, 2 got mashed potatoes and 1 got grilled asparagus. All 3 people were OK with their meal and liked it. 1 person got the Braised Shri Rib and was very happy and loved it. 1 person got the Mahi Mahi and although the fish was good, the forbitten rice that came with it was like eating gravel. They try to bring a side of rice but by the time it came everyone was done eating. The drinks and appetizer were great and we enjoyed those very much. The service was so slow, we waited long time for everything. Not the server's fault, he was excellent, nice, pleasant and friendly and was told several times that we loved him. We understand it was a Holiday and expected slow but not snail slow, almost 3 hours and not full meals as we didn't order dessert. At one point a Manager came to our table, he was very nice and offered a free dessert to compensate for the bad Mahi Mahi dish, but the dessert toke so long to come and everyone else wanted to live, we asked for the bill. Finally they brought the dessert 'to go' but it ended up on a bag with all the left overs into the old lady's house. So it was never enjoyed but the right person that had an bad meal. We paid good money and gratuity, but although most of the food was just OK, it was not excellent as all the times we went there before. Sorry. We're not sure if we'll be back there anytime soon. Not our usual memorable Christmas.

    Service was very spotty. They weren't shorthand either. We waited more than 45 minutes for our food, while tables that were seated well after us got theirs in timely fashion. When I asked the server about it, he said that they were backed up in the kitchen… And that's when I said "well I've seen five tables that came in after us get their food already so what's going on"?… I got no answer… Even after I said something to him, it took another 20 minutes, even though he said it was coming right out. When it finally did come out,our side orders were not with the main course… Had to wait another five minutes for those. We got no apology, no visit from a manager etc...even the dessert (1 pc of cheesecake) took 20 minutes to come out. I'm guessing our server just forgot to put in the order…I wish he would've said something because I prefer honesty over what happened yesterday
