Customer service here is excellent. We were a party of 16 on the outside upper dining area and Sean (I think that was his name) was our server. He was attentive and personable - we enjoyed his company and service very much. For such a big group, we were skeptical that all the food would be brought out at the same time - almost never happens. On this busy and festive night, our entrees were presented at the same time and all cooked well. The wedge salad and the sea bass received the most praise, but all in all, the food was delicious. The singer at the piano in the bar area sang a range of songs and was wonderful. It made for a festive and special night out. Our compliments to their services and customer service - better than most restaurants we've dined at this past year.

We came early for Christmas and only two other tables were filled but our service unfortunately was lacking. Meals were done incorrectly, we couldn’t get boxes for take home, and from the time we asked for the check and it was taken with our card we sat for 15 minutes while we watched our server deliver drinks and take orders at several tables. Why she didn’t bring the check and card back we don’t know but we were exhausted and had tired children and just wanted to get home. The food was good but we went to Eddie v’s the previous night and it was better as well as the pricing. Two of us liked the shrimp appetizer, two did not (and one likes shrimp). My son ordered the kids Mac and cheese with fries and the waitress put in the order wrong as a side so he had to wait for his fries. The sweet potato casserole and steak were great. My crab cakes were just ok and a little less fresh than I would have liked. The rolls you pay extra for were good but were served without butter, we had to ask and by the time butter was brought the bread was cold. My husbands steak ordered medium came out fully rare and had to be sent back and the butter cake (we had the butter cake the night before at Eddie v’s and it was by FAR better) was dry and had a strange flavor. My daughter did not like her drink and only took a few sips and the waitress kept asking if the other guests wanted another drink but she never noticed my daughter didn’t drink hers. Normally a restaurant of this caliber would ask, not a big deal she should have said something but listed with the other parts of the service that weren’t great it was just another thing that could have made the dinner better if she asked. Since we came at 4 and it was not busy until we left we should have gotten impeccable service and that was just not the case. We’ve had better service at a chilis unfortunately. Service at Eddie v’s the night before was so much better. I don’t think we will be back.

Nice view on second floor- ask for window seating. Food and service very good but was not the "fine dining" I expected it to be especially with very high menu prices. They were blasting some sort of hip-hop music we could barely have a conversation. I asked for it to be turned down and the waiter did ask for that to be done, it was lowered for a while but as more tables filled up the music became louder. I was a fan of Trulucks and Polo Steakhouses (unfortunately both are gone now) which was what I was expecting here. Not quite the same by any means.

Let me start out with some background: This was my fourth (and final) visit to Del Frisco’s. The first visit was excellent overall. The second visit had horrible service. The third visit also had horrible service. We only went back last night because not many restaurants were open on Xmas Eve. We arrived last night and saw that there seemed to be a lot of staff working, which is good. However, we sat for 15 full minutes at our table until the server finally came over. When I complained to her, she said she “hadn’t seen us” (which is ridiculous). It then took 20 minutes from arriving to finally get our bread. And it was an unbelievable 32 minutes until my daughter finally got her Coke. There is simply no excuse for that. It also took 65 minutes to get our food from the time we sat down. Long story short, although the steak is excellent at Del Frisco’s, they have horrible staff who simply do not care that the customer is spending hundreds of dollars on a meal. That was my last visit ever to that restaurant.

3rd time at location and most likely last. Not sure if due to Christmas Eve but almost an hour between appetizers and entree is excessive. Try to get the attention of the server who seemed to be overwhelmed to get another drink, well good luck.

Christmas Eve was NOT the night to go to Del Frisco’s. They had way too many people crammed into tight spots with little, to no, space between tables. It took a long time to get food and the service was sub par because there were too many people. I will return but only because I’ve been on other occasions and had a great time, overall. I will not dine on a holiday again.
