    friggin power went out lol. steaks were great. bread great. oyster very fresh. might need to move the lights above the booths though. our poor waitress nearly hit her head

    Service was slow. Waiter served my side order to everyone at my table but ran out when he got to me, said he would have the kitchen make more but did not. Paid more attention to surrounding tables and left ours unattended. I had to get up 2 times in search of saltines for our oysters and to get more sparkling water

    The absolute WORST experience at a fine dining restaurant EVER!!! I have taken my staff out for Christmas every year to 4+ restaurant and have NEVER had an experience like this!! We were supposed to have an "upgraded" seating location and instead got a booth by the front door, next to the hostess stand and server station. Probably the worst table in the restaurant. The hostess was obviously upset with my request to move and continued to be unpleasant when I encountered her at the restroom. The food was undercooked, lobster not cooked, steak not split correctly, plates served to the wrong people, lemon cake was cold, dry and hard. The table next to us had the same problem with food as well as another large party in the bar. We NEVER saw the manager til we were leaving and when we shared our misfortune, his attitude was so nonchalant... not even an apology!! The server was the only one that saved our evening! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!!

    We were celebrating my NIECE Birthday!! The waiter Chris is beyond EXCELLENT!!!!!!! Very attentive, I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! My family and I will b back and Mr. Will b our waiter!!!!!!!!
