   The service was awful. From the time we got to reception through our meal we were treated as an inconvenience. We asked for a couple of different things (as simple as water or additional chips) and were completely ignored. We sat at the bar and the bar men barely said 5 words to us, pushing our food toward us and out of their way without even a word. Our bill was wrong and they didn’t even apologize. We also heard them rudely turn away other customers who were hotel guests. The sommelier completely disregarded what we asked for, suggesting a Pinot noir after we said we wanted something bold and rich. We settled on an Argentinian after it felt like we were wasting his time. At no point in the meal did anyone asking if we were enjoying our food or if we needed anything else. On the positive side the food was good and the space is amazing. The views were incredible, even from the loo. A group of women we met in the elevator mentioned great service at the tables making the bar experience even worse.

   I was incredibly disappointed, I found their staff acting in a very nonchalant manner and not attentive at all. After we arrived we were sat at the bar nobody explained we would need to order our food via the barman that's no big deal but the way my order was taken was unprofessional. The barman was some distance away which lead to me quite literally shouting my order at him. Rather than allowing me to read a list of items they were taken one by one with the bar man saying "what else" after each item. In terms of attentiveness the menus were not taken after we ordered. We had all of our dishes come at the same time, I felt as thought they could have been staggered. The first waiter set out plates down next to the menus and walked off and I had to prompt him to take the menus. The atmosphere of your bar was beautiful such a shame it was let down by staff that gave the impression they didn't care about the experience customers were having. The food was good I can't fault it but it was eclipsed by the poor service.

   Food was good, nothing extra ordinary. It gets so noisy and loud after 9pm. We left right after the dinner.

   I was a bit worried about booking the table as the reviews were extremely mixed, we all enjoyed the night. Service was very good, food was a mix of very good (definitely try the plantain tacos, cod, cabbage and tostadas) to good. Nothing was bad although I wouldn't reorder the Rib Eye as it was a but hmmm nothing special for £95 (sharing size). Atmosphere was great, especially considering it was a cold Tuesday night, imagine it would be very buzzy at the weekend and in the summer. Wine list was missing first and then second choice but the sommelier helped and provided a great third choice. Cocktails and cocktails very good. I would go back.

   Great service and door staff, very kind and welcoming. The ambience was very inviting, relaxing and warm. The views of London from the restaurant is amazing, especially in the bathroom. The food was delicious, autumn set menu was good, smaller portions than we’d like, but it did taste very nice

    Absolutely loved this place! So vibey. The food was beautifully created, very small portions so order lots, it’s worth it. Great service from arriving downstairs, chillin in The Library Lounge all the way to Decimo. I’ll definitely be back.
