   Amazing food, great service and beautiful venue. Tables were very close together and it was hard to walk to and from table. Bathrooms are the hotel public bathrooms and were kinda dirty. Overall great experience though and the food was sooo good. We had the Filet Oscar, lobster rigatoni, lobster Mac, braised beef pasta and salads. The wedge was different and came with a thick piece of melt in your mouth bacon.

   Always a fantastic experience at Deans in Charlotte. I love bringing new people in to experience Deans and last night presented that opportunity once again. I brought 2 new people that had never dined with Deans and they both said, “hands down the best steak they had ever eaten”! Which was the bone in filet Deans style

   I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at Deans, and I had an amazing experience overall! Our server, Rachel, truly made the evening special. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect, from the drinks to the meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it made the celebration unforgettable. However, I did want to mention that the lemon meringue dessert I received for my birthday wasn’t quite up to par. While I appreciate the gesture, it didn’t quite hit the mark in terms of flavor and texture. Despite that, the rest of the meal and service were exceptional, and I would definitely return again. Thanks, Rachel, for making my milestone birthday so memorable!

   We always stay at the JW Marriott when we visit family, and chose Dean’s for a birthday brunch. The food was fabulous. The service was wonderful. 10 out of 10 recommend.

   Very crowded for a Wednesday. King crab tasted old was not sweet. Waiter next to our table continuously put his butt directly on our table and was very inconsiderate despite manager talking with him. Steaks were not super hot and had been sitting. Just over all very disappointed for the $. We frequent steakhouses and had been here twice before so so so disappointed in this experience. Save your $ and go elsewhere.

   Not to bad the service was excellent, just wanted a lil more personalized recognition for our Anniversary like most steakhouses, table confetti, writing on the plate or something like that.

   Alex was very attentive, great server, and the food was amazing. That chocolate mousse dessert was worth going there just for that. I don’t know if these are the going rates these days for a meal but I thought I was a good value for a high end restaurant

    Our waiter, Jertha, was awesome. Kind, warm, customer centric, thoughtful, attentive to the details in terms of our order. Great personality. Willing to entertain my sense of humor. She made the lunch experience a very positive one and my guess absolutely, categorically expressed a great time because of the food and Jertha.
