   Waiters were not attentive and did not provide quality customer service. We made reservations at the beginning of the week and due to oversized parties buying out large sections, our reservations were placed on a waitlist. Which defeated the purpose of making reservations. They did not provide enough seating for our party which created difficulties in seating. Our waiter was not attentive and was the only one waiting on large groups. The new food options are not savory and delicious as the previous menu was. Very disappointed in the service and the food we received.

   I made a reservation for a large party on Wednesday night 6:30. When I arrived and gave my name the hostess stated she had the reservations but had no tables. I asked her why i made a reservation if they didn't have my table. She said she would see what she could do. She wondered around for 15 mins and only came back when I went up to her in the restaurant to find her. She said she had a table but no servers. She then wandered around for 20 more mins looking for a server and did not come back until again I went to go find her. I then asked to speak to a manger. She then went wandering again for another 15 mins to find him. I asked another server to get me the manger and he eventually came out. When explaining that I had been waiting for over a half hour he stated they had both a table and servers. I was then escorted to a table finally. I waited another 15 mins with no server that came. I went to the bar twice to ask what server was in this section. When i finally got a server they were fine and got our food out in a reasonable amount of time. The manager and the hostess never came over or acknowledged the insanity that it took to just get a table I had reserved. I would have left if i didn't already have my whole party.

   Using the points for food vouchers is great, getting charged $4 for club soda and lime is not, especially after spending $112 on games - It does look like they've hired some new waiters and waitresses though, which is nice as they seemed to have been short handed for the last great while. I get that I'm not the most profitable customer for them, spending about $50-60/ visit on game and $20 bucks on tipping the food service staff, but that doesn't mean one shouldn't put an extra $20 on top for serving water as I'm also the customer that comes in on a weekly basis and brings friends. In summary, thank you for hiring more, new, friendlier staff - please stop charging $4 for carbonated water and keep that staff happy by getting a larger tip. Thanks!

   Made a reservation for one to make it easier upon arrival. There were tables available when I arrived, but no host/hostess. When I asked a server how I was supposed to check in, I was directed to the bar since there was "plenty of open space." I though, why not? I go and sit there being completely ignore for 10 minutes while also noticing another guy being ignored. At least he had already been tended to since he at least had a menu. The bartender wasn't purposefully ignoring me. I could see he was slammed, like the rest of the place. Why would you not have enough staff on hand if you have a promotion to bring more people in? Ended up spending over an hour waiting for my food and even though it was comped, I have zero interest in going through something like this again. Terrible service is a regular thing here although I can at least say my server on this trip was certainly not the issue.

   Second time using open table reservations and both times was a positive experience. our table was ready and our host is amazing.

   My family was seated promptly except I reserved a standard table but was taken to high too tables on the far side of D&B. We were literally only a few inches from a large party which the people from that party kept being so close to use while trying to converse and try each others food as well as sneezing/coughing so it made us uncomfortable. Our food came out at once but it was clear some of our food had been sitting especially our wings because they were barely warm. Next time we come I will be sure to decline being taken to the other side because I would rather be sitting at a table or booth where I don’t have to worry about other people from separate parties body rubbing my kids area trying to get through the small space that “separates” us as well as worrying about my family getting sick from the sneezing and coughing from people so close to us even though we were separate parties.

    If I could give 0 stars I would although I can’t speak on the food as my family and I were tossed at a table after being ignored for 8 min. The table wasn’t even set up I had to grab chairs and fix it. We sit down wait another 13 min and weren’t even looked at. A table next to us was being seated and before their butt even hit the chair their drink orders were being taken. We left immediately. This seems to be a reoccurring problem with us and we’re not sure why. We must have a sign on us that says “we don’t want food service” sad part is that we’re the type to tip more than half the bill if not 100% if the service is worth it. That being said we went to lazy dog and got immaculate service. Tipped $50 on a $100 bill. Thank you lazy dog and Dave and busters do better.
