   The waiter was amazing !!!!! The food was great !!! And it was our first time at this location eating inside so i really recommend it for anyone that goes to that location and it was pretty energetic since it was the superbowl!!!!

   Our server was Harley and she was super nice had a great personality and really listened to us regarding food allergies and special requests. She’s a keeper.👍

   The service and ability to watch a game was fantastic. Our server, Ash, was amazing. The food was forgettable at best; greasy, overcooked and had little flavor. The Hostess was unprepared for our small party of 6 even though we had a reservation and the restaurant was a quarter filled. In fact our server was “cut” and told to go home early because they weren’t busy. We’ll try them again because we may have caught them on an off night.

   This was the first time in a very long time that I have been to Dave and Buster's. I was there for a work Christmas party. We had a great time. The food was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive, and nice even though the place was jumping! Overall it was a fun time and a great experience.

   To begin all the reservations were not in the system and we had a party of 40 people with individual reservations. They said it was booked and yet connecting tables that could seats everyone in two areas were never used in the 2 hours. Food did not come out together. One of our three meals came out well after the other two finished eating. They were unable to properly put our vouchers we purchased from their site on the bill. It took 6 times to correct the bill as they included the whole table. We were charged for items we didn't buy. This happened to 4 other families in our party at different tables. The bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. Gift cards can not be added to the app. The server and manager did not know this. We had to google what to do. Causing us to go to a separate line in the gaming area and have the money put on power cards, leaving a balance of $1.48 that we can do nothing with due to the package options. This is our second visit. We had many of the same issues last time and decided since it was a party to give it another chance. We will not return.

    Came in at 5 for reservations I made about a week ago and they informed me that I'd have to wait since they had no servers.... the tables were all empty , although the place was full of people. I received a text that my table was ready about half an hour later although I stood there at 5:02 when the first text came through that it was ready, yet they were telling me no table was ready even with my reservation. The music was to loud and we all had to scream to talk, the food was salty and the lemonade tasted like lemonade powder mix... not the best experience but the waitress was sweet and did a good job.
