   I came in last night as a party of 4. We had the worst experience I may have ever had at a restaurant. I made a reservation 5 days ahead of time and still waited over 40 minutes just to be sat at our table. We waiting entirely to long for drinks and of that was not bad enough, two of our 4 meals came out, the third meal came out ten minutes later and our 4th meal never came, after 30 minutes I was able to flag down a manager and ask why our 4th person had still not received his meal, a simple chicken sandwich. He was able to have it out in 5 minutes. It was a horrible experience and that stinks because with apps, food and drinks from the bar we had almost a 200$ bill. We ate cold food and all at separate times. After eating we went and spent another 300$ in the games. I will never go eat here again, because in the 5 times we have ate before playing games we have never had a good restaurant side experience. This couldn’t not be a worse run kitchen/restaurant. After the amount of money I spend on tokens to play games this is such a huge let down, we will be back to play games because of our children but we will never again order food, or drinks in here again. Do better.

   I had an amazing time the energy was everything!! Everyone watching the fight it was nothing but good, hype, positive vibes. Good customer service I didn’t have to wait too long for my food and the establishment was packed! My waitress “Seven” was amazing!! She was a sweetheart!! Love her ! Lol Very sweet she had a lot of tables and she was very consistent with checking in to make sure me and my friends were ok! Awesome job D&B !! Great customer service great food and good vibes!!

   The experience was good. I went there on a mini date with my man. The wait for the food was really long and I kind of felt like that was so we would keep buying drinks. I felt like the waitress kept recommending drinks, even when I said I was good on drinks. This led our bill to be high because the drink menu doesn’t have prices for the cocktails and mixed drinks. Didn’t know a single drink was $30. The food, when we finally received it, was delicious though.

   Super busy with 2.5 hour wait if didn't make reservation. Made reservation and was sat within 2 minutes of the time and accommodated with a large group. Good wait staff and food came out in reasonable time.

   It was awesome had to wait on 1 table for a good while but everything went well and we had a blast! Everyone was so nice and accommodating.

   When we arrived, we’re told there would be a 10-minute wait for our table. So, of course we played games to pass the time. Fifteen minutes passed and we were still waiting. I went to the hostess to ask how long, and was told our table was being bussed and we’d be seated soon. They started calling names over the intercom, but mine wasn’t called. So, I went back to the hostess to see if our table was ready. It was given to another party… At this point, it’s 30-minutes past our reservation time but luckily the gaming kept the kids busy. Nearly 45-minutes later, we were seated. The visit got better when our server, Drew, arrived at our table. She was very thorough and attentive. The food was average to me. The prices were fair. We had a nice time minus wait.

   I made a reservation utilizing the app, when arriving at the building they stated they "had no reservations" . We were placed on the wait list and told we were not sure when we would be seated, we had a party of 5 and one infant. They stated there was several parties before us. We waited over an hour for a table, during that time period there were several empty tables , my husband proceeded to ask if we could use any of those , we were told they were reserved. Eventually once we were seated, we were seated at one of the exact tables my husband inquired about 30 minutes prior. We were told that the app does not actually communicate with establishment, so it is not accurate in reserving a seat.

    We had a great time celebrating my grand daughter’s 4th birthday with family. We went early to avoid the crowds which worked out. D&B did not have reservation that I made but they did have plenty of room so it wasn’t a problem. The food was good and came out pretty quick but it is a bit pricey. They is a nice variety of games.
