   We had a great time celebrating my husband’s birthday and the Dodgers win. Dave n Busters accommodated our party of 10 and the service provided by Bri was great.

   Our server Natalie was very attentive and friendly. The chicken nachos, habanero buffalo wings and strawberry shortcake was delicious! Had a great time watching Game 2 of the World Series! Let’s Go Dodgers!! ⚾️🧢

   Hello, I visited the Dave & Busters on 10/21/2024 in the City of Orange the address is 20 City Blvd west Orange, CA 92868. The wait staff was really terrible with providing service that night. I had a table reservation the confirmation number was #90547 for 8:45pm. When I arrived there is no host or hostess there to greet you, we had to literally track down someone for help. It seem no one really cares or don't want to be bother because they have some else going on. There is really no staff on floor to help answers questions or guide customers in the right directions. I finally got a table near the viewpoint bar a waitress name Jen started off nice and friendly but she abandoning us once we gave her our order. She never really check on me for a refill and she forgot got to make the alcoholic drink called cruise punch for my friend. After 35minutes we had to remind her we order a drink. She made the drink and then said "my shift is over, another waitress at the bar named Liz will be taking over." Liz was busy worried about the bar she did not check on us at all, I had to kept asking for refills on my mango lemonade. The food finally arrived what seem like 45 minute wait time. The lady who brought the food to table ask us for anything else I said "yes we wanted ranch dressing." That lady never came back and our food got cold it was the worst dinning experience .Liz look over at us and could tell we were not happy at all, we told Liz we never got our ranch to enjoy our meal. After that I just wanted the check to go home. I spent $61.90 for cold food and bad service and on top that I left 18% tip the staff did not deserve. I should have went to Island restaurant for dinner instead but my friend wanted to try the new improved Dave & Buster's which honestly sucks. Also I downloaded the app and signed up for rewards but after I got my receipt there is no option to add my points for a lousy dinner.    We waiting over an hour just to get our drink order. The area we were sat was not crowded at all. There was one large group next to us. I say this as respectfully as I can, our waitress just was not doing her job. She did tell us that she had been there since 9am but that isn’t not our problem. She took well over an hour just to take a food order after bringing our drink order. We asked for simple things like a high chair multiple times. She brought the high chair over an hour later. Food was fantastic but the service made the night very hard with a group of 5 young kids who luckily were VERY patient.

   It was chaos. Reservation was made at 530 and we didn’t get seated until 615. Every time we checked they gave a different excuse. Didn’t get a server or even water until about 645. It was difficult trying to order. Some food items didn’t even come out so had to cancel them. Some people didn’t even get drinks and had to go to the bar to get a drink. Asked for a receipt so I can make sure we didn’t get charged for things we didn’t get, but they said they were having problems with their machines and couldn’t get me one, so I probably paid extra for things I didn’t get. I know they were busy, but it was just a crappy experience.

   I made a reservation for 2pm for my son’s bday. Requested ADA seating. Arrived at 2pm and no tables available. Place was a madhouse, After multiple inquiries at the host stand and one hour later, we finally got seated at a high top in the patio area - NOT ADA friendly at all or suitable for a child. The only reason we got a table at all is because I complained to the manager. Food was less quantity than usual- only a small pile of fries even when I paid extra for the upgraded Parmesan fries. Tiny burger patty. The place was completely overloaded with people - the majority of which didn’t even have tables. People kept trying to sit at our table with us because we had an empty seat, even though you could see we had a family party happening, Definitely not what I expect from Dave and Busters. When I pay $400 for food and games, I expect service that is on par with the price,

    Went to watch NFL game. Made reservations a week in advance. And got sat behind a big pillar where I couldn’t see the TV. I asked my server if it was okay to move to a different table and he said yes. 20 minutes later a hostess I believe her name was Sophia. She had the worst attitude any employee could have. She came over to my table and made me pick up all my stuff and drinks so she can sit a bigger party at that table. The real issues was the way she spoke to us and didn’t offer to help us or find us a different table. She just said go talk to someone else and tell them you need a new table. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any place. When I asked to speak to the manager he offered to sit me down at another table but it would take a while while they figure stuff out mean while we were standing around with our drinks in our hands. After that experience I denied the table and definitely won’t be visiting Dave & Busters ever again. They just need to hire respectful and helpful people. And Sophia was the total opposite of that in every aspect.
