   Food is absolutely amazing! We went on a slow night so there were maybe 4 other tables that had people at them. Our waitress checked on us one time, no drunk refills and spent her time on her phone with a group of other employees. I have went when it was packed on a Saturday night and had better service than this. Another waitor just walked around texting on his phone.

   Grant, our server was phenomenal. Even though our tab was not huge ( we had snacks and no alcohol) he treated us as though we had a large tab and he anticipated a hefty tip. He listened. He asked for feedback. He gave us great recommendations when we key about certain items on the menu. KODIS TO GRANT!! I spoke with the manager and provided feedback regarding staff I observed eating in the open. The Department of Health would likely frown upon that not to mention it is not fair to customers to watch their servers snack as they are waiting on them. This should cease.

   Very nice and friendly. Very warm in the game area. Need to create a sitting area for people waiting. Hard time checking in for our reservation cuz people were in the way

   There were 6 in the party, one ordered steak and when the food was brought out that's when he was told they couldn't serve him a steak there weren't any and retook his order while everybody else ate. That could have been overlooked if any of our meals including the replacement meal was hot, everyone of them were cold. We decided we were just going to deal with and not go back.

   Good food. Good service, only down fall was had to wait 15 min after the reservation time to get a table.

   The food was very good, but the price was kinda steep. And also too if you have a reservation you should be able too get a table at your reserved time.

   Because this a brand new location, it is extremely busy with waits for a table taking over 2 hours at times. I would highly suggest making a reservation.

    We made a reservation on Monday for Saturday, expecting a smooth experience, but when we arrived, we were told there’d be a 45-60 minute wait for a table—something that wasn’t mentioned on the website. When our table was finally ready, the hostesses were too busy chatting to notice us standing right in front of them. Ironically, I got a phone call letting me know our table was ready… while I was still waiting at the host stand. To top it off, most of the games were out of order, which was a huge letdown. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.
