   It took 30 minutes for a server to come over, an hour to get my food and no drink refills. Not worth $70 for 2 orders of cheesesticks, nachos, wings, and a small salad.

   Well once we was there I should have know by a staff member to reserve a table for my Grandson and his friends to sit and eat, of course this was my first time her and I did like the place!, but the staff members need better customer service! Period! And training. The front area booth was dirty !! Trash tissue and mess was in that stand area where I guess employees be sometimes . Overall the establishment is as very nice we place go come just need staff to know how to greet and know their job!!. Oh I almost forgot I sat there over one hour and 30 min to be seated to be told they lost it and that I wasn’t there and five min Grace was over and I never !!! Left , when the young lady literally saw us and also told me I can sit on the bench until my table was ready.

   Waitress misinformed us on the eat and play combo and said it equals the same as buying the play separate. There were several games that we were tapping to play and would not let us play so we lost credit and also it was saying it was giving us tickets, but it was actually giving us half of what we won. And management wouldn’t do anything about it so it was a little frustrating, but our kids had fun  despite everything that happened

   Amazing staff. We were greeted immediately when we arrived. Taken to our table and the service was very good. Had a great time clean restrooms clean floor awesome atmosphere.

   Service continues to go downhill, visit after visit. To be a level 9 DB member, I expect better, honestly. Had to wait an additional 30 mins after reserved time and still not be seated with available booths/seats opened. Kendrick's shift did a terrible job handling the increased amounts of customers on one of their busiest days of the week. Diamond, who works behind the bar, negative, pessimistic, rude, and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable, unwelcoming, and distasteful. The entire staff was clueless and moved around with a lack of direction. The laziness is disgusting. No one appeared motivated or enthusiastic about the job that they were their to perform, per usual. I've spent my last dollar there until substantial actions are taken to improve the customer experience through valued customer service. I apologize if my truths are offensive, but go see for yourself ;-)

   D&B is a great place to chill with family and friends… the downfalls are : always short staffed, with that being said my drink had watered down and my food was cold because of no servers… my hats off to the servers that they had because she continued to apologize

   What’s the point of reservations if you really don’t have a reservation! Got there at the time my reservation was supposed to be just to be told it was an hour wait! And don’t get me started on the service! We got our food before we got our drinks. My chicken was charred and my husband burger was charred! The only good thing about the entire experience was the fries!

   Reservation set for 11:00 on December 4. We went for a company gathering for the holidays. Table of 7. Our waitress smelled like Marijuana the entire three hours we were there. - very strong. Two of us ordered the steak bowl (which is not a salad). After ordering, she came to me twice-once to say they didn’t have steak and another time to say they didn’t have rice. I asked her to replace the steak with chicken and the rice with black beans. We went over it a few times. Simple, or so I thought. She brought a salad a basic Caesar salad with a few black beans and chicken. She didn’t understand what was missing. I said it wasn’t to be a salad. It was a bowl with guacamole, cilantro, roasted cauliflower, cojita cheese and more. I informed her and she confusedly said she would check with the kitchen. She came back and said “Sorry, he didn’t understand how I put the order in” and walked away. A few minutes later she brought a side of cauliflower. We couldn’t believe it. I didn’t want a salad since I didn’t order that. I didnt send it back because, well she wasn’t going to understand. Also, we had to ask for simple water refills. When the $600 bill came, she hadn’t taken off the meal! I didn’t want to make a scene in front of my team so we just paid it. Awful experience except the games were fun. We’ll just go back to eating at boring but nice places for the holidays.

   Waited an hour for a waitress after being seated. Finally someone from another area came after we continued asking. Nachos got cold from waiting on other orders possibly. Overall not a great experience at all.

    Our server Michelle was great but my wings didn't have any spice or flavor. I ordered the mango habanero boneless wings and I didn't taste any mango or habanero at all. Mango habanero is my favorite sauce and for these to not have any flavor at all was disappointing.
