   Waited at our table for 35 minutes before anyone greeted us. Food and drinks took a seriously long time and meals were forgotten when they finally brought food out. Too expensive for mediocre food and awful service.

   Our server Victor was super awesome. Very attentive and kind. Gave us big waves when we left. We had a party of 6 teenagers and then myself and my sister. Food came out hot yummy and quick! This place is a well oiled machine. We will def be back. Thanks Dave and Busters!

   Great food. Awesome service for a birthday party of 20 in the dining room. There was no pressure, nobody made us feel like we had to hurry… We gamed, ate, gamed, and did cake. Our server was AMAZING- thanks Rez!

   I love Dave & Buster’s. The line at the prize counter was super long. There wasn’t enough staff, especially to purchase a few Red Bulls. It took at least 15 minutes. There was also a photographer there who took our photos after our dinner. She didn’t let us know at the beginning that we had to pay for the photos. She showed us the pictures and let us know that it’s $20 each. It was in a picture frame, so that’s good but she should’ve let us know from the beginning. also to get prizes there wasn’t enough staff so it took at least 30 minutes. I obviously will be back at Dave & Buster’s, but wishing there was more staff available, especially at night when it gets busy

   if you can’t cook salmon all the way thru. get someone else to cook it. or even just get someone to double check the salmon before it goes out.

   The service was awesome! We’re glad we made a reservation. The staff was so friendly and constantly checked in with us during our dinner. Truffle fries, Smashburgers and Pizza were yummy!

   As a family, who hangs with multiple families weekly, we come to D&B’s almost every Wednesday, then me and the boys pull up for every fight night. Just from having the app, we’ve received so many rewards, free play, free appetizers, and just great service overall.

   We were a party of 12 and got the worst service you can get. Our server, Sarah, was rude and non-apologetic. She got our order wrong, even though she said that with her years of experience that would not be possible. Delivered food we did not order and did not deliver some that we did. Fast forward to the end of the day, when the bill came it was wrong, she charged us for 13 specials not 12, and also for the food they delivered incorrectly and that we did not accept. Also, make sure you check the bill because the prices charged did not match the menu. When I brought it up to her attention, she said the menus were old. I demanded to be charged what the menu said and she said she could not help me with that. We were there for fun so I did not want to start a huge argument so I asked her to please call someone that can help me. She left and after 30 minutes, the operations manager came. Her name is Corrina Outsen. I cannot praise enough her manners and customer service. She was a pleasure to deal with and very understanding. She removed the charges for the food we did not order and corrected the menu prices. She asked us what she can do to make the experience right. We did not ask for any favors. We were not looking for a freebee. We just wanted to pay for what we ordered at the prices that the menu was showing. Corrina is amazing. Needless to say, the original waitress never came back to talk to us or apologize. Later I was told she was overwhelmed with the situation and could not go back to work for a while. She did say she was experienced but I obviously not! In all honesty, I do not think I will ever go back to the Lynnwood and if I do, I make sure I eat somewhere else and only play games.

    I've been here for quite a while with my family and her friend. After lunch, while the kids are wondering and playing, I'm sitting at a table watching football and ordering drinks, or at least i was ordering drinks and was planning on ordering a dessert. Our waitress got off duty, so I closed it my tab. A few minutes later, she came by and informed me that the waitress for the section I'm in caked out, and if i wanted anything wise, I would need to go to the bar. During that time, a family was seated at the table next to me, and in front of me and receiving service from a waitstaff. How can I be surrounded by tables receiving service without so much as anyone checking in on me? I am waking with a cane as I blew my knee out a couple of days ago, so going up the few stairs to the bar is not really an option for me right now. When I closed our my tab, it was for over $200. I'm spending money here, or was until I was completely ignored. I wasn't offered the option to move to another table. I was just left to fend for myself. Literally, every table around me is getting service. No one has said a word to me since the last waitress got off duty. Why is that? I don't really buy the "someone caked in sick" story at this point. I'm extremely disappointed in the "customer service".
