   Had a dinner reservation for 5:30, approached the hostess stand at 5:29. Was told we needed to wait about 6 minutes for our table to be cleared, no problem there. Was not seated for 20 minutes, and even then it was only after we went to check on our seat. Then, we were not seen by a server for another 20 minutes and again, it was only after one of us went up to the hostess stand to complain. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration and the celebrant was incredibly frustrated the entire time. We rarely saw our server, and when we did she seemed to balancing way too many tables for one server. This was especially frustrating as I had a clear view of the hostess stand and there were always a minimum of four staff seemingly chatting away (one worked the kiosk and one was seating patrons, unsure the purpose of the other two staff). When our food finally did arrive, our party of 8 had each meal delivered to the table one by one…and it was incredibly embarrassing. There was a half hour difference between the timing of the first meal and the last meal, and that is completely unacceptable. The only saving grace was that because there was an arcade attached to it, we could take the two children to be entertained. Additionally, I watched a family have to wait over 20 minutes for their check (that must be the tolerance threshold for D&B) all while their toddler was screaming ready to go home. Because the restaurant is SO loud, no staff member ever came up to acknowledge them. When the food did arrive it was excellent! However, not once was there an acknowledgement or explanation of the terrible service nor were we offered any compensation or future service for our poor experience. Overall, the entire experience was incredibly intolerable and downright embarrassing and while we may return to play games in the arcade I doubt we could be convinced to eat there ever again.

   Great time celebrating my son birthday! Website needs updated on the opening hours as it was not the same and we had to wait an hour before it actually opened (Google and website says open at 10am and it didn't open until 11)

   Our party had to wait an additional 40 mins to be seated. When our reservation was for 3:30pm. Once seated it took a while to get our orders taken. Two of our guest orders were incorrect, however our waitress was nice and did her best. We didn’t get to enjoy playing games because of the delays. But we were able to make the most of it just spending time together!

   The server was a jewel. There was also a young lady bringing food out that was really kind. The bartender and the gentleman on the game floor were so helpful. Now the con-most of the females had terrible demeanors. If it weren’t for the above mentioned employees I would NOT have enjoyed my time there. One server in bar area is rude every time we’ve interacted with her. I can think of 3 times right now.

   It took right around 2 hours and about 30 minutes just to get are drinks and then all the chicken tasted sweet all around and the fries the only good thing was the mozzarella cheese sticks

   Making reservations didn’t help. Still had to wait 25 mins to be seated. Other than that, long wait times were expected on Valentine’s Day but service was pleasant and engaging. Location has be upgraded and it is really nice. Overall good experience.

   I haven't been to a Dave & Buster's in a long, long time....nice to see that the food is still excellent.

   Be prepared to wait very slow service, food was OK but my oder was wrong and did not send back because of how long of a wait. Even trying to pay waitress disappeared and I finally left payment on table. We won't be back.

    Our server, Sid, was very helpful and made sure our large group had everything we needed. Also, the manager, Brandy, assisted us with making sure we purchased the power cards correctly for all our children! They were both awesome in helping to make sure my daughters’ birthdays were enjoyable!!
