    Enjoyed the New Years menu with wine pairing. Food was amazing, flavours and range of food was fantastic. We will be back again, to try the standard menu.

    Per usual, brunch was delicious! Highlight was the Brioche French Toast but everything was yummy!

    We have been to Darling numerous times for brunch and absolutely loved it so I suggested to my friends that we try it for dinner. It did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were also yummy. We will be back!

    I was in Edmonton for the day and randomly found this great spot for brunch. Really nice place with great service and great food. Plus, the coffee is excellent.

    Darling Wine Bar is, without a doubt, my favorite little gem! Last night, we switched it up from shareables to main dishes (though we couldn’t resist the PEI oysters—so fresh and delicious), and every bite was incredible. The ambiance was perfect as always, and my leadership group absolutely loved it. From the expertly curated wine selection to the attentive service and outstanding food, everything was flawless. Huge thanks to the owners ( <3 ) and staff for consistently delivering perfection—this place never misses!
