    La experiencia DAMIANA goza de un espacio privilegiado. Dos hileras de árboles dan sombra a las mesas dispuestas en el patio, un espacio perfecto para quienes prefieren comer al aire libre. El chef Esteban Lluis rinde honores a los productos del valle y sus alrededores a través de un menú degustación de 6 tiempos + pre postre y postre. El cual se conforma en un 20% de vegetales de huertos cercanos, proteínas animales y sus derivados de granjas locales. El otro 80% de este menú es producto proveniente del mar. Por lo cual es muy importante que nos informe si en su grupo existe alguna alergia o restricción alimenticia. Esperamos poder recibirle pronto en nuestra casa Saludos cordiales - DAMIANA

    Cada platillo nos sorprendió en todo sentido. Emplatado perfecto, sabor y textura que dejan el paladar contento profundamente. El servicio es ejecutado de forma excelsa por el disciplinado personal, todos y cada uno de ellos coordinados y haciendo su parte para lograr una orquesta maravillosa de impecable atención al detalle y sabores que recuerdas para siempre. Sin duda alguna hacen honor al galardón Michelín que los corona .

    He tenido la oportunidad de visitar ya varios restaurantes con 1, 2 y 3 * MICHELIN en varias partes del Mundo. Así que mi punto de referencia es ya es bueno. Damiana es bueno pero no todos los platos son de nivel de * MICHELIN. Hay otros Restaurantes en el Valle que están al nivel de Damiana y no tienen * Un platillo puede tener una preparación muy compleja y especial pero al final lo que más debe importar es el sabor. Y si el sabor es bueno pero no extraordinario no de ser un Plato que se sirva en un Restaurante con * MICHELIN. Y no es cuestión de gustos es cuestión de hacer lo ordinario extraordinario. Si no se logra ese sabor extraordinario no se debe servir. En hora buena les deseo lo mejor y lo pueden lograr, el Chef tiene el potencial, tienen platos muy ricos, pero así deberían ser todos No solo algunos. La sencillez del Chef le abrirá muchas puertas, no se siente un RockStar como otros chefs en México con * Michelin. Soy empresario y como tal se del riesgo que asumieron y les deseo mucho éxito.     La comida fue maravillosa, el servicio fue superior y el ambiente magnífico. El sommelier nos llevó de la mano con el maridaje y el chef logró que toda la experiencia fuera única y continua, sin cortes o variaciones. El staff nos hizo sentir atendidos en todo momento y no hubo siquiera necesidad de pedir cosas adicionales.

    All in all a fantastic dining experience. Very unique and beautiful dishes that clearly had so much thought put into them. The wine pairings were excellent, both accentuating and contrasting with the fats, acidity, salt, and heat. The abalone, potato, and leek soup with a homemade kale furikake on top was magical on the palette. Would absolutely recommend anyone to come here whether a special occasion or not. We will be back!
