   Upscale food with a homey vibe. We had a great lunch with attentive service. The menu is pub-like (burgers, salads, pasta, pizza), but the presentation is downtown. We sat on the deck on a dreary cold day. It was warm and dry with lots of natural light. It was lively but not overcrowded. Will happily return.

   It was super crowded and we had a reservation but had to wait 30 minutes for a table any way. However, our server was fantastic and friendly and the butternut squash ravioli was delicious! Will be back for both the service and food!

   We felt like we extremely rushed our salads came out the same time as our dinner. We were in and out of the restaurant in no time. Also, we ordered a Caesar salad expecting Caesar dressing and it came with a very weird tasting dressing. Our server told us after the fact, oh we don’t have a Caesar dressing. Why is the salad they considered Caesar if it doesn’t come with that kind of dressing.

   We had a fantastic first visit to D.L. Mack’s. The food was delicious, especially the pizza! Cocktails were tasty and our waiter was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning for another visit soon.

   Good food, excellent service and vibe. Significantly quieter than the Preston Royal location even though it was totally filled.

   2nd time coming here and the food was very good, but the service was not good. First off we were sat by the front door where everyone groups up waiting for their tables, super bothersome. Our server was sweet but she rushed us the entire time. The only words she would ask us every time she came by is “are you ready to order”. Then we asked to see the drink menu, and while we were looking at it a server came by and literally took the menu and walked off to take it to his table while we were reading it. Didn’t even ask if we were done with the menu. Not sure if i’ll return.
