    The atmosphere and ambience were nice. It was moderately lit with simple but upscale décor. The temperature inside was too cold. Even though it was cold outside, I expected to get warm once we sat at our table. We never got warm. The appetizers (beef carpaccio and bacon wrapped dates) were very well presented and tasty. Our steaks (12 oz. ribeye) were ordered medium temperature, but came out more like medium well. The steaks were also thinner and less tender than I prefer. The sides were less flavorful than I would prefer. I got the scalloped potatoes and I was not pleased. Overall, the service was good, but not great. I think the energy seemed forced and inauthentic. We went for restaurant week which seemed to be a nice deal, but with drinks and sides we still ended up paying twice as much as we anticipated. I don't think the food was worth the price.

    Food was great and our server was great, server brought out our drinks in a book that opened up and revealed a flask and gave us a small history lesson, it was super cool! Very interactive

    Service was outstanding. The dessert, the bread pudding, also, quite good. The Brussels were mid for a steakhouse, a good portion with too sweet flavor. Crab cake, plentiful. Bartenders were one of the friendliest in Easton.

    From start to finish, it was just not a good experience. We waited 10-15 minutes for the server to get the manager to verify my husband’s US passport card was valid to get an alcoholic beverage when the crowd level was low. We went on my husbands birthday and neither the manger or server acknowledged it after he pointed out his DOB. Our server didn’t even asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. The server never came back after our food was delivered to confirm it was cooked at the correct temperature. The food overall was mediocre.

    Great service but weak ambience. Salmon was overcooked but prime rib and seafood was spot on. Great salad bar and dessert selections

    I know we went on a slow day, however the food I clearly been sitting out for quite a long time. Even during the two and a half hours we were there I didn't see any refreshing of the hot buffet. The prime rib was at best select rib roast and very under seasoned. The charcuterie and salad look like they had seen better days. Overall today didn't feel like I got my value for what was presented. However maybe in the future on a busier day it's a better value. That being said there's no excuse for the premium which they charged to be so underwhelmed as we were

    Ran out of the NYE special at 8PM. Waiter was very rude and inconsiderate - we felt rushed.
