   Very load music so you could not hear your yourself talk to your company. Food came out sporadically 20 mins apart.

   Arrived for booked dinner reservation and explained other guests would be 20 mins late. Server couldn’t seem to find reservation but said this would be fine. Returned with other guests for dinner and told no food being served. Disappointing to be told at this stage. Despite receiving reminder messages about reservation there was no update on the kitchen closing.

    Reserved a table for 10 people in advance specifically for the $15 Steak deal on a Wednesday, after being sat at the table and handed a menu, it was not until we attempted to place our order that we were (nonchalantly) told that the restaurant had ran out of Steak and we had to order something different. What we did not expect, was to see every other table for the remainder of the evening having Steak & Chips from the $15 deal and then to rub salt in the wounds, the staff finishing their shift then doing the same. There was zero explanation to this from any of the members of staff, some of which actually found it amusing?? Tables that arrived over an hour after us, still able to order Steak and Chips? The food we did order took around 1hr to arrive with peoples meal's arriving at vastly different times and when asking for some water, we were told to go grab some from the side of the restaurant rather than bringing some to the table. We were offered 4 free drinks vouchers as an apology (to a table of 10?), shocking service from start to finish.
