Steakhouse founded in 2000 by Juan Gabler. Since then, Cuerovaca has specialized in grilling the finest steaks, coming from our Patagonia, the volcanic South of Chile and the United States.
Our experience is based mainly on beef from Angus and Wagyu breeds (a breed of Japanese origin, considered the best meat in the world). Additionally, we also prepare Patagonian lamb, as well as seafood and fish from our southern seas.
Our mission is to create an authentic Chilean gastronomic culture, a meat experience based on the best Chilean breeders, along with award-winning wines from our country. All this in a urban-contemporary environment, accompanied by a service of excellence. We also have a private interior barbecue area, glazed green house type, surrounded by evergreens and trees.

    La hora de la reserva se realizó para las 22:15 lo cual nos brindó una mala experiencia porque la cocina cierra a las 23:00 y no contaban con la Mayoría de platos disponibles las baby de cerdo se encontraban con un sabor muy fuerte.

    Las entradas y acompañamientos muy buenos, la espera de la comidamuy larga, la carne, por otro lado, llegó fría, para el precio no tenía un gusto tan distinto a otros lugares de menor nivel. No cumplió con la expectativa en ese aspecto. El punto de cocción tampoco estuvo fino y por otro lado el corte, muy delgado, como si quisieran apresurar la cocción, pero para la larga espera, no tuvo sentido.

    Excellent service from Jauer. The food was exquisite, my son was delighted with the baby ribs and the "entraña" was incredible.

    Llegamos 10 minutos antes de la cita, donde primero nos sentaron en una mesa que esta sucia el piso, fuimos los primeros en llegar, y resulta que atendían antes a las otras personas.

    Tenía muchas expectativas con respecto a la comida pero no llegó al punto de sentirme que comía algo que no encontrara en otra parte. El ambiente con mucho ruido y la música ambiente parece de discoteca. Los meseros si eres conocido una sonrisa de resto “está el QR y me avisan cuando quieran hacer la pedida “ los panes viejos y la calidad precio muy alto. Se fue, se visitó y como para no repetir.
