   Fiancé and I went for Valentines Day and it was a great experience. Our waiter was attentive and food was great. We had a few drinks (highly recommend the Lemonada) and desserts(crème brûlée and a raspberry cake). Definitely a fun playlist that adds to the ambiance as well.

   Food was good but for a Brazilian steak house I expected a way better hot bar than there was. The meats were very good when the servers saw us as we seated jn the corner. We ordered the crème brûlée and it wasn’t torched all the way…The service in general wasn’t great.

   We orderd our meats all well done and that was obviously not a norm there! We barely got food brought out unless we asked like 3 times. If you like your meat rare or medium you may love it but if you like well done meats don't waste your time here! The cook obviously don't cook well done meats often but the price for the service I saw others getting wasn't bad. We had a party of 3 and was seated near a party of about 9 and they were treated like VIP guest compared to the less than mediocre service we received. I will not be returning!

   Service was slow. Waited a long time for meat servers to come by. Had to ask our waiter to send them over. Took multiple request to get one of the selection to be offered. Salad and hot bar were also a little sparse. Meat quality was only fair.Not sure I would visit again

   I been to this steakhouse couple of times and had great experience. I'm have to say this Valentines 2025 it wasn't so great. One, where we were seated it seems like all the African American couples were seated to the side of the restaurant. Two, when we were seated it took me to say something to our waitress, which her customer service was outstanding. But she had to tell the servers to service us too. Our waitress was great Her name is Marcela so ask for her and she will provide you with great service. She went above and beyond for her tables. She definitely deserves a raise!!!!!

   Food and drinks were excellent. Some meats were way better than others, but all were good. Salad bar was okay. We enjoyed our meal and would happily recommend this restaurant to others.

   So amazing! Can't wait to go back! Service was amazing! Our waiter (Abe) and our Gaucho were friendly, attentive and personable. Not to mention the lady who seated us was attentive to our comfort and needs. Food was all phenomenal! The "salad bar" on steroids had fresh amazing selections. The artichoke salad and chicken salad was to die for! I had to stop myself from eating to much so I had room for the amazing selections of meat that was brought out nonstop until we said "no more"! I did manage to fit in dessert after seeing the selection. The limoncello/raspberry cake was delicious!

    This was our second experience at a Brazilian steak house, and it was even better than the first one, which was in Florida. This one was larger, and the "salad bar" was over the top in variety of entries and presentation of each one. The meats were all that we could want, and the service was attentive but not intrusive. The staff is welcoming and efficient. We will definitely recommend this restaurant but will come back the next time we visit Hilton Head.
