    My second time here and it was great once again. Daniel our server was wonderful. Great service in the off season just like it was season. The salads, pasta and steak were all perfect. We will be back.

    Our server Kasi was upbeat, kind, and very attentive. Kasi did an amazing job recommending dinner choices. The sommelier, Roger, was outstanding as well. I can’t say enough great things about this place. I brought my wife here for her bday (Montage Resort) for 4 nights of amazing beauty and relaxation. Thank you Kasi and team. I appreciate all the attention you bestowed upon my wife. We will return soon!

    Cortina is absolutely phenomenal! If you looked up customer service in the dictionary, it would say Cortina. They are the whole package, charm, wonderful and knowledgeable employees and just a lovely menu, both food and wine. An absolute privilege to dine there.

    Heidi was excellent and went to extra lengths to make our dinner special. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they pulled out the stops, to include champagne and little almond delights for dessert. The property and views are stunning, matched by the decadent meals. Roger, the sommelier, was also a wonderful host, giving great recommendations. If you have the chance, definitely make time to have dinner here and experience the ambience and attentiveness by the staff. Some of the best Italian food we’ve had outside of Italy.

    So we sat for 90 minutes without the entree. The venison came ( three half-dollar sized pieces) and cold! Everyone around us had their meals. Terrible.

    The food was locally sourced and absolutely delicious. They recommended a 3 course dinner which we agreed to. Every course was wonderful and I especially liked the Cacio e Pepe. The wait staff were very attentive and helpful. The sommelier paired our dinner with one of the best wines I’ve had. It was a very enjoyable night. I highly recommend dining there.
